"Anna!" yelled Jason. I turned around to see my best friend looking handsome in his snapback and versity jacket.  "Hey J. What's up?"

"Nothing much. Did you do your chemistry homework?"

We had chemistry homework? "I forgot all about that!" Knowing that J always does his homework I asked him for a copy. "Jason can you please give me a copy? You know how forgetting I can get!"

I said giving him my puppy dog eyes. "Sure." I hugged him tightly, released him and walked backwards, facing Jason. We started another conversation when I bumped into Jodi.

"Watch where you are going clutz!" said Jodie with her fake British accent. I walked away holding J's hand but not before flashing her the finger.

After I copied J's answers for the home work I gazed off at Adam, the school's football captain, I saw Jodie all over him. Does she seriously have to be making out with Adam now?

I ignored her like a mature 16 year old and Jason decided to tell me a joke. "Hey A, what does the sea say to the sand?"

"I dunno, what?"

He was trying to hold his laughter when he blurted out "Nothing! It just kept on waving!"

I laughed at his corniness loudly but forgot that we are in class and that got me a detention. I glared at Jasn while he mouthed 'hold on'.

Jason decided to do something ridiculous to get him in trouble because he didn't want me to get a detention.

Alone.

Eventually he stuffed a pencil up his nose as he took out some ketchup and yelled out "Ahhh! My nose!!" I laughed because I knew his plan. But the teacher fell for it.

Yup that's my best friend. Sometimes I wonder why he chose me as a bestie and not the popular Jodi.
