*Deep breath* As a beta reader I shall first of all focus on grammar and punctuation.

"Im not sorry for those things which I did." He said.

NO.

"I'm not sorry for the things I did," he said.

This is a very basic example. What I would likely do, if I beta read that, is to kick thing up a notch.

"I'm not sorry for the things I did," he whispered, the fire in his eyes contrasting starkly with the softness of his words.

I would ask you why he said it. Was he apologetic or defiant? And so on. I would then add "something like that" at the end, to remind you it's still your book and I'm totally not trying to take over with my suggestions *chuckles suspiciously*

Of course, my writing style will differ from yours but suggestions like showing not just telling, and ensuring your characters aren't flat work for everyone.
