So he went for another round. He reroute at the basement of hospital parking and started shooting or hit them with the car. He notice a man in the middle that made him stop. He seems dead. He seems interested because he's the only person whos not killed by him. So he lifted him and put him on the trunks and begin killing again. The man in the trunk hears everything from hospital and when the psychopath is going. The man in the trunk is no ordinary man. He knows where they're heading.
