Kairis POV

When we entered the portal all I saw was destroyed buildings...I guess they used magic to build stuff too
"Hey..Mattia where do we go...WOAH MATTIA WHAT HAPPENED" I said referring to his horns and pointy tail..
"Um...it shows our..true form in..our realm" he said blushing "oh..dw I still love you" I said while chuckling
"Ok so we have to get to the power generated which issss*he looks around*oh that bridge" he grabs my hand and runs to the draw bridge "when did lava get here" he mumbled "listen kai...if I fall I can just swin through the lava....but you can't.." i thickly swallow "you go first" Mattia told me "a-alright" I start crossing the wobbly bridge with a few missing wooden boards "was it like this when your dad came here" I asked him "n-no is was more nicer and there wasn't any lace underneath it" he said looking worried "I'll be fine matti" I kept walking until one of my legs fell "ahh! "KAI!" "WAIT Mattia don't come you might fall" "o-ok please be careful"
I lifted my left out but I think I twisted it...I can't tell Mattia he'd probably be worried

"O-ok I made it now come" Mattia looked down and spread his wings "woah" I said as he flew over to me "not gonna lie that's hot...literally" "Kai although that was funny..not the time" "right sorry...now what" "ok you're gonna have to go inside go up all the stairs and you're gonna have to think about filling up the orb...now I'm not sure how you do it...but the person that does it

We walk up all the stairs of the tower...when we get to the top it starts shaking "um Mattia what happening..." "...the magic hasn't been restored in almost a year....we used magic to fix the building too i guess...if you don't do it now the tower will fall...so get to it kai!" He said stressfully "ok ok"
I run over to the orb that is in the middle of the room and put both my hands on it...
"Now what" "think about you filling it up with magic...you will feel like you're being drained of your powers but you're not"
I nod my head and start thinking about my powers filling up the orb

About 5 minutes later the orb was filled of a purple liquid "did I do it" "yeah...you did it kai"
Me and him hugged...until the tower started shaking "w-whats happening" "WE GOT TO GET OUT OF HERE NOW" he said running out
I followed him but not in time...next thing I knew...all I saw was black...

Mattias POV

"oh my god kai we barely made it out of there" I said chuckling "Kai..fuck KAIRI"
I saw a few bricks over his body
"Kai-" I went to my knees beside him "kairi..ok he's still breathing" "kairi you're gonna be okay" "kairi please...please don't leave me..not like this" I hate crying...but it's not like anyone could see me
I moved the concrete off of his thighs and pulled him out

A couple minutes of crying later(y'all I'm-)

"Oh my god it worked" I saw the building restructuring...the bridge being rebuilt...the air clearing up...the lava seeping into the soil...and grass forming

"Kai come onnn" I checked his pulse
HES NOT BREATHING "noononononon how" I started performing cpr "1..2..3 come on kairi breath!!"

Kairi gasped for air "oh my god thank you kairi" I said as I hugged him "thank you but...I'm tired" he said with no energy and trailed off to sleep "no problem kai"

He laid his head on my lap...I was about to pick him up but I heard a voice "good job son" "d-dad" "hey son how are you" "I-I'm fine b-but how are you here" he was slightly clear tho...maybe it's his spirit "I can't be here for long so listen" I nodded my head "I know you're dating kairi" "w-what" "come on I see the way you look at him" he said smiling as I chuckled "I'm not gonna kill you guys...he makes you happy..better than Cynthia ever has" "yeah..." "listen you guys have to figure out how to keep magic in hell without having to restore it...because when kairi dies...no one else has the magic like we did.." "do you know how he got it" I asked "no... oh ok son I have to go but please take care of him and keep him safe and tell your mother that I love h-" he was cut off by disappearing "I love you dad" I said with tears in my eyes

I picked up kairi bridal style and brought him back to the portal..."well here we go kai"

They got back to the other side

3rd person POV

Everyone stood up wondering what happened
"...he did it" Mattia said with teary eyes
Everyone started celebrating and slowly the demons all left and started getting healthy again
"Wait..KAIRI!?" Hector said running over to Mattia and kairi "D-don't worry he's just sleeping...and he has a broken ankle and arm...maybe his rib cage as well" Mattia told him looking at kairi "b-but what happened to him" he said looking worried "...the tower where the magic is stored fell on top of him..." "what how" Mattias mom asked "well we use magic for eveything..and to build buildings...so since there wasn't any magic left when we got there....it fell atop of him" "oh..." "if he wasn't this powerful...he wouldn't have lived" Mattia told hector
Mattia set him down on the couch to let him sleep "are you ok Mattia" Alvaro asked "yeah don't worry about me" "you may all return home" Mattias mom told Mattias guards
They all snapped their fingered and got there normal clothes on "hector...man we're gonna miss you" Alejandro told him "aw man come here" they all group hugged and Mattias mom just watched from afar "hey what about me" kairi asked sitting up "KAI" Mattia screamed and went up to hug him "ow Mattia" "ah o my gosh kai sorry" ....they got lost in eachothers eyes...kairi forgetting about the pain...and looked at eachother before kissing "awwwwwww" echoed through the room as they kissed "ima have to get used to that Mattias mom said as everyone chuckled "oh mom I saw dad" "what HOW" she said surprised "I don't know....but he told me to tell you that he loves you" he said with a smile
She started crying "ma ARE YOU CRYING" he said surprised "n-no ok let's go guys" she said referring to the 4 boys "bye kairi" they all said leaving the realm
Kairi smiles and waved
"Are you gonna come visit soon" kairi asked "ofcourse I will"
They kissed one more time for atleast 30 seconds before backing away "can y'all finish up..damn he has to get to the hospital" hector said laughing "so...ill see you soon" kairi said looking at Mattia "soon..." he said disappearing into the portal
Kairi sighed "hey kairi you alright" "just a little tired and sad I guess" "alright come on we have to get you to the hospital" hector said carrying kairi bridal style to the car and putting him into the back seat "thanks hector" "anytime"
