The next day…
The teacher was teaching as usual, but Bella’s attention wasn’t on the lesson. She was watching the girl in the corner of the class, who was fast asleep. Bella couldn’t help but be curious about her, unable to focus on the lesson.

“Let’s go play basketball, Taehyung,” Jk suggested.
“No, I’m not in the mood,” Taehyung replied, his gaze lingering on Bella, who was sitting with some of the girls.
“How about the club later? It’ll cheer you up,” Jk suggested again, his tone more eager.
“You’re wasting your time. The girl you’re eyeing isn’t going to fall for your tricks,” Lucas observed, noticing Taehyung’s attention was on Bella.
“Who told you to mind my business? You always feel the need to interfere,” Jk snapped.
“I’m just saying, she seems different from the others,” Lucas replied, trying to defend himself with a mock innocent tone.
“Shut up. There’s no girl who doesn’t like me. She’ll like me, too,” Taehyung said with a confident smirk, knowing that he had never failed in anything before.
“Well, let’s make a bet then. If I win, you’ll do what I say. And if you win, I’ll do what you tell me,” Lucas challenged, a smile spreading across his face.
Taehyung raised an eyebrow, curious. “What do you mean by ‘do what I say’? You know we don’t get along. What’s the purpose behind this bet?”
“I’ll tell you if I win,” Lucas responded, grinning like he had a hidden agenda.
Taehyung leaned in with a serious tone, “Just so you know, I always win. So get ready to call me your master after I win this one.”
