Zuko followed his sister into the throne room in the Earth Kingdom palace. Azula sits in the throne and looks at Zuko. "We've done it, Zuko. It's taken a hundered years, but the Fire Nation has conqured Ba Sing Se"
"I betrayed Uncle"
"No, he betrayed you." Azula says standing up, "Zuko, when you return home, Father will welcome you as a war hero."
"I don't have the Avatar. What if Father doesn't restore my honor?"
"He doesn't need to, Zuko. Today you restored your own honor" Azula says putting her hand on his shoulder. Zuko turns his head away from Azula in shame. The two suddenly hear the sound of metal clicking on the floor. They turn to the source and see someone about their age walk in using a metal cane to assist him.
"You!" Zuko shouts
"Me!" the man shouts back
"Zuzu, who is this?" Azula asks
"You mean your dear brother hasn't told you?" the man asks sarcastically and Azula shakes her head. "So rude, we have such a good relationship. Don't we Zuko?" the man asks
"He's nuts" Zuko says and the man walks towards Azula who readies a flame in her hand
"Back up!" she commands but the man keeps walking towards her. She shoots a large blast of blue fire at the man before stopping when he was fully cooked. As the smoke clears the man's cane, now white hot, appears and the man continues walking towards her. "Stay back!" Azula shouts and she shoots lightning at him. The man raises his cane up before aiming it at Zuko redirecting the lightning towards him. Azula watches as her own lightning flies towards her brother. Zuko quickly redirects the lightning towards the ground and walks towards the man.
"Why are you following me?!" Zuko demands
"You destroyed my village"
"What? I haven't destroyed any village"
"A year or more ago you came to my town with your uncle screaming about your honor and the avatar. When we refused to let you near the shrine to Avatar La Ho you left and launched three fiery stink-balls at us from your ship. All three hit our village and burnt it to the ground. You will pay"
"Zuko, you said he was crazy, clearly he just wants revenge" Azula says laughing at the situation
"Oh no, I've got a screw loose or two, or maybe three or four"
"He jumped Uncle and I on our way to the South Pole. He literally froze himself in an iceberg to get close enough to our ship"
"Zuko, he is clearly an asset to us" Azula says walking towards the man.
"No, he is nuts" Zuko argues
"Ahh, I'm right here"
"What's your name?" Azula asks walking around the man
"Uhh, (Y/N)" he says
"So, you grew up in the Earth Kingdom?"
"Yep, before this ass destroyed my village" (Y/N) says gesturing towards Zuko
"Don't hold what my brother did against me or the Fire Nation, that was Zuko's doing. (Y/N)?" Azula asks looking at the man whose eyes have glazed over.
"See what I mean? He is just gone, nothing up there is right" Zuko says knocking on (Y/N)'s head
"I wouldn't do that Zuzu, he might get you"
"Oh please, he couldn't defend himself from a baby saber-tooth moose lion like this" Zuko says knocking on his head again.
"I suppose you're right, tie him up and put him on a ship, we're going home"
"You want to take this wack to prison in the Fire Nation?"
"No, he will be of use to us, as someone to infiltrate the Avatar's group. The Fire Nation destroyed his village, when he tried to get revenge he was captured. They'll eat his story up" Azula says with an evil smirk.
Look, I know it was short, but I would totally make this into an actual story
