So this story is about 18 year old Katherine 'Kat' Tate. Never had a proper home. Was emancipated at age 16, born and somewhat raised in 'The Big Apple' New York Manhatten, but moves to London looking for work as her new found carreer, songwriter.
She's talented, she plays anything that makes a sound. Piano, guitar, violin, drums, even the kazoo. But she really can sing. Singing has been her closet talent. She'd never pursue it, she's too useless and untalented, so she thinks. She doesn't have self confidence, why would she if even her parents didn't want her, only her Dad for the sick sex abuse. Taken away from her nuthouse of a home, they stick her in group homes and phseudo foster parent houses. But when she's given a job to write a whole new album for UK band One Direction, she must tour with the most obnoxious, loud, caring, and talented five lads she's ever met. Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne begin to slowly change her life. Making her see light in a dark place. But one boy is really there for her...could she actually want him to be there?
She's not letting anyone hurt her, things like this are never permanent. Nothing is permanent except the tattoos on Kat's wrists. She doesnt want anybody to care about her, and she doesnt want to care about them. But sometimes what you want isn't exactly what you need.
Can Kat really be healed just by these five boys? Can she escape her true past?
