I'm  currently watching Xander's practice game.  The girls probably home by now. I lied, telling them that I still have a group meeting for a project.

And there he was. Wiping his sweat in the face with the hem of his shirt, his abs peeking. He's now laughing  with his team.

I can't help it but sigh. He never noticed me.

He always notices all girls but never me.

I confronted Alex last few days, asking what's her connection to Xander.  Thankfully, she did answered me honestly.

I still can't believed it until now. They used to be friends.

Friends?

Then why every time Xander looked at Alex there is longing in his eyes. There's more to it.

I was in a deep thought when someone tapped me.

"Stop thinking about it"

I glanced at her a bit before looking at the front again watching the game. She sit beside me.

"You really like him?" Alex talked again. I sighed and nodded.

I don't know why but I'm feeling hurt somehow. I feel jealous.

"He likes you" I said realizing something. I bowed down my head and close my eyes. I'm trying not to cry. I  shouldn't be feeling this way but I can't really help it.

She put her arms around me trying to console me that made my tears to pool down from my eyes. I rested my head to her shoulders sobbing.

"That was a long time ago"

So I was right. He did liked her or more like he's been in love with her.

That's what she said but I know up until now Xander's feeling for her never changed. My hunch were right all along they had a past. I don't know what happened to them but their connection towards each other is still there.

I shook my head. Standing up from the bleacher I gave one last look at Xander then walked away from there. I didn't even bother looked at Alex leaving her.

Wondering in this town feels so surreal.

Finally!

I can walk around freely without having someone to tail on me. My parents are so over protective of me that they hired two bodyguards for me. Of course the school doesn't know about this. My bodyguards' order is to stay hidden. My friends knows about this. And thank God that they are not interfering when me and my friends are in trouble, except when that time Daphne's almost got killed. Well, that's another story to tell. Thanks to my bodyguards who teaches me how to protect myself.

Anyways, Mom and Dad is in a business lunch meeting in this town. They give me permission to walk around the town while waiting for them without a watch, since my bodyguards are in a two-day vacation, which means i can move around freely.
