"Mama?"

"Yes dear?"

"What happens after a person dies?"

"Well, if you have lived a good life, Angels will take you to Heaven."

"What if I didn't?"

"Then the devil will drag you to hell." She made a scary face, chuckling.

"But what's with the sudden questions Taufan?" asked the concerned mother.

"I was just wondering about it." The young lad paused.

"Mama, how does one die?"

"Taufan dear, you're too young to ask such questions." She said worriedly.

"I just wanted to know."

The boy's azure eyes sparkled as he was eager to find out the answer.

His mother sighed and shook her head. She had the responsibility of feeding her son's curiousity.

"Okay, so how does one die?" She repeated.

Taufan brought both his hands to his chest, jumping up and down, his full attention on his mother's words.

"Legend has it,

There is this person named Grim Reaper, the personification of death itself.

He wears a black cloak so no one has seen his face. Some say he's a skeleton.

He comes to collect the person's soul using his weapon when their time is up.

He carries around a hourglass which shows him the time, the time of death."

Two Years later

Taufan glanced into the emergency room as the doctors rushed in and out.

"Sir, he's in a very critical condition!! We are losing him!!" yelled one of them.

The young wind bender may not be the smartest but he understood that the patient they were treating wasn't doing good.

He saw his mom and dad peering into the room, their eyes red and puffy; face, tear stained.

Upan cocked his head to the side, completely unaware of the situation.

"Why are mom and dad crying?" He wondered out loud.

But he got no answers.

Suddenly he felt a presence behind him, sending chills down his spine.

He whipped around to see an entity clothed in black.

Taufan looked up to see the face, but it was shadowed by his hood.

"Hello little human, I'm here to collect you." The cloaked figure spoke, his voice deep and hoarse.

The blue boy's eyes glimmered as he recognised the person infront of him.

"You must be Death!" He chirped.
