Sun. Grass. Air. Living. Nobody ever realizes how truly special these things are until their at risk of loosing it all. A child playing on a play ground only plays until they are called by their parents to leave. People shopping only shop until they have everything they want. A baby only cry's until they are given the warm sensation of milk from their mothers breast. Normal activity's like this are taken for granted every day. Especially by people like Eli.
"Eli, it's a nice day go outside!"
"Eli, your friends want you to go out with them tonight, you should go it sounds like fun"
"Eli, are you even awake! It's One in the afternoon!"
"Eli, this is why nobody tries to be your friend. You don't show them how fun and great you can be!"
All of those things are words that were consistently repeated to him. By everyone. His mother, his father, his friends. He just never listened.
