J: I'm glad we are having another baby. I miss her being a baby and needing all our help
Y/N: I know, me too. Little miss independent

After Jack has fed her, he changes her pull up and she falls asleep.

You and Jack are sitting cuddling on the sofa. You get a few cramp pains and fidget.

J: Baby? What's wrong?
Y/N: Getting a few pains
J: I'll call my mom over just incase
Y/N:Okay oweee baby Mmmmm

Jack calls his mom and she is on her way over. Your pains are getting worse and more close together. You go to the bathroom and your waters break. You head into the birthing pool to ease the pains

J: Babe? Where are you?
Y/N: Owwwwwww pool *push*

Jack comes into the room. He sees you doing your breathing.

You get out the pool and go on your knees, then sit on your bottom. Jack phones the midwife and ambulance.

You do a long push...

J: The babies head is out
C/H: Support the head but face the baby head towards the back

Jack does this as you do another long push. Jack holds the shoulders and head towards the back. You do one last push and Jack removes the baby.

Your little boy starts crying. Jack's mom arrives at the same time the ambulance does.

C/H: Well Done Sir and Congratulations. I'll leave you with the paramedics.
P1: Well Done Mr and Mrs Avery.
P2: Daddy, do you want to cut the cord?
J: Yes please

The midwife and nurse arrives. They take your little boy and clean him up. They check you over and get your clean clothes on.

J: Well Done baby! You did it.
Y/N: Thank you baby and thank you helping with the delivery
M: Congratulations to you both. Your little boy is perfectly healthy
N: Mrs Avery, you have no issues or reason to go into hospital.
Y/N: Really?
N: Yes. No traumatic birth this time. Just a very impatient little boy.

The paramedics help you up and you sit on the sofa. Jack has your little boy in his arms. He smiles over at you and comes beside you.

J: Well Done baby. Look at him
Y/N: He is beautiful
K: Congratulations to you both. My grandson is gorgeous
D: Na-na!
K: Nana is coming baby
D: Ba-ba
N: Congratulations Mr & Mrs Avery
M: We can give you the details and you can feed your little boy before we leave
Y/N: Thank you
M: Baby boy Avery was born at 13.02pm on the 1st August 2021, weighing 7lbs 7oz and 40cm Long
J: Perfect just perfect

Your little boy opens his eyes and looks at his daddy. His eyes are beautiful. Very unusual compared to Destiny. She has her daddy's eye colour.

M: Have you both decided on a name?
J: Not really. We have a few names but they dont seen to Match him.
M: Well you have 7 days to decide and to register him
Y/N: Thank you. Can I feed him now?
M: Yes you can

You start to feed your little boy and after a while he stops feeding. Jack winds him and changes his diaper. He puts a little outfit on your little boy. The midwife and nurse have left the house

Y/N: What about Elliot Jack Avery?
J: I like Elliot, what about John? Named after both our dads?
Y/N: Can put John instead yeah
J: I'll phone up to get an appointment made

Jack and your relationship continued to grow stronger every day. You both fell in love even more every day.

You're glad that Jack was the new Recruit that day. That day became Destiny, it changed your life for the better and you both continue to have hope for your future together.

Maybe more kids? Maybe travel the world with your family?

I'll let you all decide what the future holds. It may look bleak right now but something good always comes to those who wait, try and hope. If its meant to happen it will happen. People come into your lives for a reason. Some for a blessing some for a lesson.

Always have hope for the future and try to be positive. It's hard to be positive in this world but sometimes that's what the world needs is positivity.
