"You wanted to talk?"
Bev was leaning against the wooden fence on one of the paths in the Quarry next to Richie, who was slumped on the floor. The two had been silent for the past minute, Bev waiting for Richie to say something. "Yeah." Richie sighed. Bev got down to his level and sat next to him, offering him a cigarette, which he declined.
"I need to find out something, and I heard that women are incapable of being decieved." Bev smiled, "It's true, we can't." Richie smiled, then turned to Bev, "I need to know if Eddie's... if Eddie's bent."
Bev smirked, "What? You're not gonna try and give him shit, are you?"
"No, no, no. I promise I won't if you find out." Richie looked down at the floor.
Bev took a moment to think, then looked at Richie. "Oh... OH!" Bev's sudden epiphany was enough to make Richie squirm to cover her mouth, to which Bev smacked his hands away. "Relax, I'm a good secret keeper."
