Jimin's POV

I was smiling all the time while making and packing lunch for my alpha. I was missing him so much and was happy knowing that I'll see him soon.

After that, I went inside and changed into another outfit. I kept it casual since I wasn't going there to work.
I took the lunch, our apartment keys, phone and my wallet and stepped out.

The weather was perfect, which made me smile. I took a cab since I wasn't in the mood to drive.

I wondered what would Jungkook be doing. I giggled to myself as I imagined his expression when he'd see me.

Stepping inside the building, I saw the receptionist smiling at me as I made my way over there.

"Mr. Park, what are you doing here? Weren't you on leave today?"
Soo Mi asked, confused with my sudden appearance.

"Soo Mi-ah, just call me Jimin please!"
I pleaded, giggling.
"Actually, I wasn't feeling well in the morning so I didn't come. But I got bored, so I thought of bringing lunch for Jungkook."
I said, as she smiled at me.

"Ah! You love birds are making me jealous. When will I find my mate?"
She pouted, as I chuckled at her behavior.

"You'll find your mate soon, I'm sure!"
I said, reassuring her.
"Oh by the way, is Jungkook here or he's already gone for the meeting with the new client?"
I asked her.

"I haven't saw him going outside, so he must be in the office!"
She informed me. I bid goodbye to her and made my way to Jungkook's office.
Getting out of the lift, I was met with Hoseok. He was a very friendly beta and one of my close friends.

"Jimin-ah! You here?"
He asked me, confused.
I lifted up the lunch box in my hands and showed him. He smiled, but then visibly paled.

"Hobi hyung, you alright?"
I asked, as he looked at me with wide eyes.

"I- ....Jimin-ah! Give this to me, I'll give him this. You should go back home and rest."
He said, trying to take the lunch box from my hands.

"No hyung, it's alright. I wanted to eat with him. I'll be going, you should resume your work."
I told him, walking towards his office.

"No! Jimin wait!"
He called out for me, but I was already there.

And then I heard something...
....Or rather someone.
