"The other day I came across a tweet and it said nothing changes if nothing changes which is basically saying nothing changes unless you force it too BUT there is a caveat to that and it is time. Everything changes with time so if you are in a situation where you can't force it to change then give it time. Eventually everything will get better but it's your choice to make a change or give it time."
