I stood next to Kevin as he placed my sister on a motel bed in the motel I was renting since my uncle was now in jail now for the abuse. Kevin still had tears in his eyes as he went into the bathroom to clean the blood off and I just stood there staring at her lifeless face. The only reason why we were here is because the beast took out everyone even the nurse who told the officer to kill him. He twisted her head around and tore it off her shoulders...

I finally had the courage to sit down next to my sister and grabbed ahold of her hand, squeezing it gently. She laid there lifeless....
"Oh God...I wish you were here" Kevin came back out dressed in a black and white shirt with black pants and a pair of old sneakers my uncle had lying around the house.
"You look nice kevin" He just grunted and pointed at the door.....in which I followed silently...he glanced back at Athena with a frown and went over, kissing her cold forehead and rubbed her belly.
"I'll be back loves...I promise" He went over towards me and we headed out to get some food.
3rd person pov:
The light was the only thing Athena can see as she walked inside that place. She's never seen anything so bright in her life and it made her eyeballs wanna melt out of her skull.
*is this heaven?* She thought mentally as she walked closer towards the bright golden gates.
"Yes darling, your in heaven" The familiar voice rang out which caused Athena to turn toward the voice and stand in shock. Her grandmother who died when she was little stood there in a beautiful white dress with big feathery wings and a halo on top of her bun. She was also holding a pink blanket in her hands as she stepped forward.
"Grandma...I've missed you so much" Athena hugged her softly before staring at the blanket in her hands.
"Grandmother, what is that?" Athena asked which resulted in her grandmother passing the pink blanket towards her and smile.
"My darling granddaughter...she's your baby" Athena looked at her grandmother and back at the blanket, she slowly moved the blanket away from the baby's face and stared at the gorgeous baby with blue eyes. The baby smiled at her mother and grabbed her pointer finger.

Athena sobbed and cried as she just realized that her darling baby girl has not lived her life yet and it was taken away from her. Athena looked at her grandmother with tears filling up her eyes and stared.
"Baby, it's not your time to be up here yet" Her grandmother spoke as she stepped forward, placing her palm on her granddaughters face. She looked her in the eyes and placed her hand on the baby's head.
"And it's definitely not her time either...I will send my love to you now...I love you babygirl, I'll see you in 80 years..." And with that, the light vanishes and her body regains life.
