Hello there! How are you doing?

My name's Amy, and I'm an 18-year-old communication student from the Philippines! I have not much to do right now because of quarantine, and since February, I've been writing Smosh fan fictions. You may know me from some of them:

- Shayne x OC (Alex McConnell)

4. Almost, But Not Quite [Damien Haas]

- 20 chapters, 2 author's notes, 1 prologue, 1 epilogue

5. Here's To Us [Shayne Topp and Courtney Miller]

So this is Girl Stellar! This will be my first AU, and so it's my first try in writing one. You'll get to learn more about the universe I've slightly curated through the chapters. Here are some reminders for this fan fiction:

- This book shall have 12 chapters with 2 author's notes, 1 prologue, and 1 epilogue.
- Each chapter shall have a whopping 3000+ words to make up for the small quantity of chapters.
- Chapter titles, as this is Girl Stellar, will be named after the 12 Zodiac Signs and characteristics per sign will be exemplified in each chapter.
- Points of view shall alternate between Shayne and Courtney starting this prologue until the epilogue.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this even though it'll be shorter than my other stories. I'm very much open to criticisms, but no mean comments hopefully! Let's start with Shayne's POV, and see ya!

From: Shayne
Hey, it's me. Again. I just wanted to apologize for everything. I know I wasn't that present for you, and if you could give me a second chance, I promise I will be. I'm trying my best to make sure I balance work and time with you, and I will try even harder if you give me a second chance. I don't break any promises I make. I'm really sorry.

From: Shayne
Damien told me that there's this star-gazing event at the meadow nearby the circus tonight. If you want to, I'll find you there. We can watch the stars together. I can wait for you. I will wait for you.

From: Shayne
I'm here already. I'll wait for you in the middle of the meadow.

I take the two-person mat and place it on the ground carefully. Sitting down, I nervously check my phone every five minutes to see if she's replied. But she hasn't, and when the show begins, I see no glimpse of her in the middle of everyone enjoying the night sky.

It's over then.

From: Shayne
I understand. I'm really sorry for everything. I hope you succeed in your career and find a man who would treat you better. Again, I'm really sorry.

I look up at the sky, trying to hold back tears. Both of my hands couldn't count how many heartbreaks I'd already gone through, and I knew that, at this point, it was impossible to move on. Three years gone because I just couldn't stop doing what I loved. It was stupid of me to keep working and working and working, but I kept going anyway, in hopes that the psychologist would find his mind inside his own mind.

That was the terrible thing about being a psychologist; once you become too immersed into the minds of others, you lose a little more of yours.

From: Da Man Haas
Hey, man. Where are you? Did she arrive?

From: Shayne Bottom
No.

From: Da Man Haas
I'm sorry, bud. Wanna be alone for a while?

From: Shayne Bottom
Yeah. I'll see you in a bit.

From: Da Man Haas
Okay, I'll be right nearby.

I gaze at the beautiful night sky with tears finally rolling down my cheeks. When this single shooting star falls from the sky, I see everyone close their eyes and make a wish, but I didn't have any faith in making wishes anymore. Everything seemed impossible for me now, but a part of me decided to take the leap, close my eyes, and breathe in.

I thought: I wish the clouds would part to send me the impossible love of my life.

When I open my eyes, more shooting stars arrived. The shower was spectacular, and I watched as everyone started to leave. For some stupid reason, after all my wishes for less heartbreaks, I still had faith in this one wish. And when it doesn't arrive after this, then love and I are definitely no longer compatible.

I wait a little longer. I wait a little longer. I close my eyes, and I wait a little longer.
