I always wonder how God made such beautiful sunsets, it's a reminder that not everything that ends is painful and ugly, some things end beautifully like sunsets.
"Some endings could be this beautiful, Sana all teh" I whispered to myself habang pinapaanod yung sunset sa rooftop ng office namin.
"Iz, you're here lang pala kanina pako naghahanap sayo eh, I tried calling your phone, pero you're not answering." biglang narinig kong sabi ni Keena sakin.
"ah, iniwan ko phone ko sa table ko, bakit may urgent meeting nanaman ba?" I answered.
We were heading back to the office nang bigla nalng sya tumahimik, at di agad sumagot. Kaya tinignan ko sya and she looked at me like there is something bothering her.
I rolled my eyes at her and said. "Ako pa ba dapat mag sabi sa sarili ko ng gusto mong sabihin sakin?"
I glanced back at her and find it funny looking at her confused dahil sa sinabi ko. Nag loading pa sya bago niya ako sinagot. "Ano kasi, have you seen the recent article sa web?" she looked at me again, this time in a very apologetic way.
Article sa web? I haven't seen it, ano bang meron. "What about it? Check ko nalang mamaya sa office." I told her.
"Hunt is engaged to Sophia" Dire diretso niyang sabi dahilan para mapahinto ako sa paglalakad.
How come she said it almost whispering, but the words came to me so loud and clear.
I faced her and smiled. "So, did we top the search engine because of the article?"
Malungkot akong tinignan ni keena pero tumango naman sya bilang sagot sa tanong ko.
"Good. That's more than enough"
