I'm happy because things have settled out
We are finally talking and working things out
Its been seven months simce I've seen a reply
I'm not really excited I honestly want to cry
Our friendship is lost but we can fix it right?
I don't know but honestly I would fight
It just makes me happy to know
Friends shouldn't date was the first reply
I believe him to the fullest we were stupid, immature and desperate
We wanted love and affection
My best friend said no you need to pay attention
I didn't want to hear her advice. I loved him
Now look what we have
At least we are getting there
