Namjoon closed the door with his heart beating out of his chest.

Did I manage to tell a half-truth? I never managed to do that before. I mean technically I was telling the truth to Seokjin-hyung, but I didn't give him the full story.

When Namjoon left Seokjin's office pondering about his words, he spotted Yoongi in the lobby.

"How'd it go hyungie?"

"Like an interview should. But I think I have a chance. How about you?"

"I think I did good, great even. Except for the fact that the guy I'm going to work for is the same guy I shamelessly checked out last week."

"Really?" Yoongi busted out laughing.

"I know hyungie... I have the worst luck."

"Let's get you some ice cream for your efforts Joon." Namjoon instantly cheered up hearing this.

Cheer up baby, cheer up baby~

As the cute, cheery music played in the background of the ice cream parlor, the two had decided to order plain vanilla ice cream in waffle bowls with sprinkles because they wanted to treat themselves. Once the waitress came with their bowls, she gave them a warm smile and went back to the kitchen. Namjoon thought she looked nice. He glanced at her nametag which read 'Dahyun'. After eating the delicious treats at the parlor named 'More & More', they left a nice tip for their cute waitress Dahyun and left.

When both boys got home, they both plopped on their beds in their respective rooms, thinking about their interviews. Yoongi believed that he did pretty well, but there may be a chance he would not get the job. He thought over the events that day.

[Yoongi pov]

After Namjoon was called in, I told him a 'hwaiting' to lift his spirits. He hid the fact that he too was nervous, but he didn't necessarily need this job, so he was okay. This really was for Namjoon, but I can't waste an opportunity.

In the next few minutes, Yoongi was called in as well. After closing the door softly, Yoongi bowed and sat down. While the man was looking at his papers, Yoongi couldn't help but stare at his beauty. The man had fluffy-looking dirty blonde hair, and a cute face, but managed to have manly characteristics too. His eyes. Yoongi really liked them, pretty dark orbs he could look at. He had a cute nose as well, and very plump lips that Yoongi really liked. He also had a sharp jawline and a well-structured face, making him look handsome as well.

What the hell? How can a man possess such nice features? Yoongi felt a little intimidated, just a wee bit though. Not enough to leave. He was checking out his boss. Wow, I feel like Namjoon at the moment.

Yoongi, however, did not get caught.

"Sorry for the wait Yoongi-ssi. My name is Park Jimin and I'm the co-CEO of this company. I've looked over your resume, and it doesn't seem fit for the job. Why did you apply?" Jimin went straight to the point. He wasn't going to waste his time with someone incapable.

Yoongi honestly wanted to answer "Well honestly, I came here through connections," but decided against it. He took a deep breath and replied to the cute, but handsome man.

"I do understand that my resume is not suited for this job, but that gives me more of a reason to apply. A challenge. I honestly could not see myself as a secretary, but I need to push myself out of my comfort zone. I also came here for my friend, who I see as a little brother. He means a lot to me and I want to help him and protect him in any way that I can. I'll try my best while working here, but I won't tell you that my best is perfect."

This low-key came straight off of Yoongi's head, but at least it sounded pretty good. Yoongi was looking for a challenge or something to spice his life up a little. Just a little though.

Jimin stared at Yoongi while he answered.

While he was talking he looked over his features. He had small eyes and a cute button nose. Jimin also took notice of his lips and how they looked lush even when they were small. Jimin had to admit.

Yoongi was indeed cute. 

And his answer was risky to say, which Jimin respected. He didn't expect the last part though. He never looked at his job like that. Everything needed to be perfect. Yoongi seemed to be laid back from his appearance (his resting bitch face didn't help either) but at the same time, he looked serious. Like the words he said were true and that's that. Jimin became curious and envious about how he seemed so calm as if he didn't expect to get the job for the interview.

"Ah well thank you Yoongi-ssi. You will be informed if you get the job tomorrow. Have a good day." After Yoongi had finished speaking, he realized Jimin was staring at him and started to become self-conscious. His cheeks flared a faint pink because of it.

"Y-you too Mr. Park."

And he left.

Yoongi sighed, thinking about his soon-to-be boss possibly.

He had a beautiful voice. I wonder if he sings. I would love to hear his voice in a future project of mine.

He soon lulled to sleep and slept like a rock, thinking of a certain cute blonde he had seen today.
