Ok, so I was reading back over this and realized that three chapters had been deleted, so basically what happened was Jeff and Blair hung out and got to be really close friends, and one day Blairs mom had beat her really bad, so she walked over to his house to get away from her and Jeff went on a walk to argue with killer and he saw smiley, so he ran and when he came home he clung onto Blair. This was all over a two year period and Blair had turned eighteen in this time.
