THE FUNERAL

Until I was discharged from the hospital no one knew that my father was dead. The moment when I told everyone what happened over there everyone was shocked.
After few days father's funeral was arranged. I was not in good condition to get up. I met many people over there and many of them were the people who worked with dad.
But at that instance a person came near me and said I knew this was going to happen Sam. When my mom came ,that man saw her and said Mrs. Emma Andrew , long time no see. My mom said just a second Mr.Mathew . Sam I think you should leave now I need to speak something with him , mom but even I want to be with you I am not a kid I am 24 mom. No Sam you should not be here at this time you need to take rest so that you can walk again. I am doing it from many days mom, its OK Emma let him be with us . OK Mathew , my brother came in between and said everyone is going mom and I think even we should leave mom. Within four days I was able to walk but I felt something different, it was like the same felling when the waves hit me. Mr Mathew called my mom and asked whether she could meet him, he also asked me to come with her. Me and my mom went to meet Mr. Mathew . He called us to the Midtown cafe and said he reserved table 4 for us. Meanwhile in the car I said mom everything what happened in the lab. She was not shocked I didn't know why but she said you will know every thing in the cafe. When entered the cafe we sat on the table 4. The waiter came and asked what would you like to have. my mom said bring me a sandwich with extra cheese and also bring frozen haute chocolate ice cream sundae. The waiter went away and gave my mom a card and a sandwich and asked us to go through the door near the store room. Meanwhile I asked my mom why did you order the costliest dessert in the world and we will not even get it over here. She was in a hurry and said just be quiet and follow me.
