Ahh, the first year of highschool. It's both challenging and exciting but for Daniel, Jay and Hosuh it was just depressing.
Stephen was the most excited of their friend group, looking forward to leaving his dodgy scene phase in middle school. However the day before school began he was reported missing.
His entire family spent over 2 years looking for him but when the 4th anniversary of his disappearance rolled around they gave up and held a makeshift funeral for him.
Daniel quickly woke up, his dreams plauged with memories of the endless circle; looking for his friend, finding a clue and then being led back to step one again.
He had no idea why the dreams were returning now, he hadn't thought about Stephen in a few months.
The ill timed bass line of feel good inc floated in from the dorm next door, interrupting his somber thoughts. He needed to get up anyway, jay and hosuh would be back any minute.
