Wraith's pov

You...got...to...be...kidding me I'm in the same squad as HER! Ugh, "alright gang where we dropping," mirage asked " let's head to repulser. Most likely there will be better equipment there" Bangalore said " let's go to the water treatment," I said " uhh how about we head towards the swamps sounds good no?" mirage said

We stood there silent thinkng about the options we had eventually we both agreed with mirage, all three of us dropped out of the airship we headed to our own buildings.

I found an R-99 and hemlock I grabbed the light ammo and heavy as I left the building looking for a body shield

"body shield here level 1" mirage said threw the comms "dibs" I headed towards the building, "hostiles incoming," Bangalore said in the comms I quickly grabbed the shield "̸s̸n̸i̸p̸e̸r̸ g̸e̸t̸ d̸o̸w̸n̸!̸"̸ I ducked as I heard a sentinel fire as the bullet had missed me by an inch

"there's a sniper in the area" I warned I checked how much ammo I got, I have 118 light ammo dammit this gun devours light ammo in seconds with it's rapid-fire, but the hemlock is actually incredible for long-range or mid-range. " I need optics for an assault rifle," I said threw the comms " optics here 2x-4x variable AOG" Bangalore called out threw the comms "dibs," I said as I dashed towards her location ducking each time the sniper shot at me

"Hey I'm getting shot at," mirage said I quickly grabbed the optics and attached it on the hemlock as I fired at the enemy's trying to push onto us, I fired a 3-round burst as I shattered their armor. "broke their level 1 shield" I heard Bangalore cursed "The rest of their teammates have purple armor but I think we can take those FNG out," she said with confidence

"alright you ready gang ill activate my ult to confuse them then you both can rush in sounds good?" "Solid copy" "right" we heard the door open as mirage rushed out "it's dupes o'clock" we heard threw the comms as bullets were being fired at the decoys me and bang focused our attention to the two enemies that had a level 3 armor while they are preoccupied,

I broke their shield they turned around quick pulling out a mastiff I quickly fade evading the shells of the mastiff as I re-appeared behind them "surprise" I said as I struck my kunai in their right lumber region finishing them off "g̸r̸e̸n̸a̸d̸e̸ m̸o̸v̸e̸!!" my eyes widen as a frag grenade landed in front of me "get down!!" I heard before I felt a body rammed into me shoving me away from the grenade BOOM!!

I coughed as I inhaled the debris from the blast of the grenade "is everyone alright "I heard mirage shout " ya *cough* I'm good" I looked around as I saw bang was on top of me, she was one who protected me from the blast we both sat up "wraith I'm going to ask you for a favor" I heard bangalore said I raised my eyebrow "what is it?"

"Pull this piece of metal out of my shoulder" bang said it took me a minute to register what she just told me I took a look at the back of her right shoulder as I winced a thin piece of metal is lodge in her deltoid muscle before I would even grab the piece I feel her pull me down covering me as she fired her wingman

I looked at the direction she fired at as I saw the last teammate corpse slummed down on the ground, a clean headshot she dropped her wingman " alright let's take this off and patch you up" I said she nodded I held her shoulder as I grabbed the piece of metal

"alright I'm going to pull it off on the count of three" I said bang nodded as she closed her eyes bracing herself " ok 1..." I pulled the piece out of her shoulder as I tossed it aside as I heard her groan "I thought you said till the count of 3" " 3 there all better" I said as I handed her a medkit she grabbed it as she started repairing herself
