We start off with Yuuki, or Solis, one of the twins, who happened to be heading to a highschool building down the street. Yuuki appears to be young, cheerful and level-headed, but he has aged a lot more than just your typical person. He's almost a hundred, sitting in his late 90s.
Yuuki had an odd dream the other night, where he reunited with his twin brother and went on to live normal lives together instead of being separated. He remembers that he had a brother, but not the fact that he was a Royalty. The two went on with their lives, forgetting anything they could remember about that past and it seems like they were able to attain a normal life this way.
Something told him that this famous school is probably a good place to start looking for him. Not because of any rational reason, but because he felt a force pulling him there.
He attended many schools, graduated with varying grades but always return back again to a new place with a new identity. It's not like anyone would remember him anyways; he remained an underdog. Point is, out of all the other schools he attended, he felt this one is most important.
With a light step forward, the atmosphere remained lively and lovely. Walking to school was a little rushed, but walking towards the entrance was much more enjoyable. The sides of the path were surrounded with different forms of flora with trees that shivered with a light breeze and flowers that danced along with them. The sun had shown itself enough to illuminate this beautiful scene. Yuuki couldn't help but stop for awhile to admire.
"Mmm... I've seen the very same thing many times. But this one just hits different.."
He would always experience the same feeling every time a new year starts in a new school. But every time it happens, he always stand and pause like this.
Just then, a boy pushed Yuuki aside and rushed in. He was slightly shorter than him and wore glasses with a bob-like haircut and uneven bangs. He turned back to wave and apologize.
"Sorry!! I'm in a rush-"
He said as he ran off into the entrance and quickly ran off. At first, Yuuki felt really upset and was ready to chase him down but.. maybe he had his reasons. Brushing off his uniform, he took a deep breath before stepping inside.
The ceremonial hall was filled with different students. Some were familiar with one another while others had just started making friends. Some preferred to be loners and some intimidated others. But they're all here for the same reason, in the end.
Yuuki stood in the far back of the crowd and didn't seem to really communicate so much with others. He was rather quiet, despite his friendly face and outgoing personality. There wasn't anyone who he really recognized there, other than the guy who bumped into him earlier. But there was someone standing behind a pillar, hiding his face with his hair and gazed in his direction.
The second they stared right at each other, he immediately hid his face! Curious, Yuuki attempts to go and investigate, but was immediately stopped by the hall monitors and teachers keeping everyone together.
'Good morning to one and all, dear students!' The principal greeted as he stepped onto the stage and positioned himself behind the podium.
'I'm very glad to have you all gathered here, in honour of starting a fresh, new year of high-school..'
Anything the principal said went through one ear and out the other. It was like white noise, something you'd put on Tv while working on a project to pass time quicker. Yuuki clearly lost interest and kept looking around to find that guy who was stalking him and— there he is! He's doing it again!
'I assure you that this school guarantees a ...'
He made sure the monitors and teachers were looking away, then attempted to sneak away and find that guy. He was curious! And his intentions weren't clear, so he wanted to know. He remained sneaky but when he realized where he stood, he couldn't go back. He was literally several steps away from the stage and standing next to the principal.
