Maximum Victory

Chapter 10-

Victoria's POV

 "V-Victoria stop!" Max laughs and tries to get free, I instead pull her up to my level and kiss her. I smirk at her as she looks away and I can tell she is blushing, "come on school starts soon" I put my hand on her shoulder and she turns and nods. I stand up and take her hand and we walk outside to my car and get in, "can I put on some music?" Max says as I put my seat belt on. "Sure why not" I start driving back to Blackwell and Max puts some indie music on and starts singing along to it, I smile and watch her.

Max's POV

When we get back to Blackwell I say bye to Victoria and go to my dorm to get ready for classes since the only class me and Victoria have together is photography, I pull off the hoodie and jacket since I just noticed it's way to hot for them. Instead I put my usual Jane Doe shirt on and my light weight grey hoodie, When I check my phone I noticed I'm running late so I grab my camera bag and run the the main campus to get to my Science class.

Last period-Photography

When I walk into class I give a small wave to Mr.Jefferson and a smile at Victoria. I sit in my normal seat at the back of the class, during class I lay my head down thinking I'd just rest my eyes but I feel asleep instead. In the dream or nightmare as I would call it I seen a tall figure that was around 6"1 then when I looked around I seen Victoria, she was laying on the floor and the figure walked over to her and knelt down. I seen them take out a needle and I started to panic, I tried to get up but I couldn't move.

I looked down and seen that I was ductaped to a chair and when I tried to scream nothing came out but a quiet whimper, the figure put the needle in Victoria's neck then walked over to me. The face was blurry but I could see that they had glasses, I seen a watch on their wrist with the date '10th of October' that's tomorrow... Then figure then took out another needle and was coming closer. I tried as best as I could to scream or kick or do anything but it was hopeless, the figure put the needle in my neck then everything went black. "Max?!" "Max please wake up!"

Victoria's POV

I seen Max feel asleep again, I sighed and looked back at Mr.Jefferson. About 20 minutes into class I seen Max's face change into a sad and worried face and some tears ran down her face but stayed on her nose, I wanted to go wake her up but I held myself back. When class ended and everybody including Mark left I got up and went to her and shook her shoulder, she kicked up but I held her then she went calm. "Max?!" I shook her shoulder again "Max please wake up!"

Max's eyes opened and she gasped and her eyes were red from crying, "Victoria! you're okay" she basically threw herself into my arms which caused us to fall on the floor. "Max? of course I'm okay, what happened?" she whimpered and hugged my tighter when I sat up, "c-can we go abck to your dorm to talk?" she wiped her face with her hoodie sleeve which make it soaked immediately. I nodded and stood up and helped her up but she just fell into my arms, I picked her up and she wrapped her arms around my waist and held onto me tightly.

No one's POV

Victoria brought Max back to her dorm and locked her door behind her, she sat on the couch and sat Max beside her. "now can you tell me what's wrong?" Victoria put her arm around Max and pulled her close, Max nods and tells Victoria everything from the Nightmare. The figure,the needles,how Victoria was in it and how the date showed the 10th of October which was tomorrow, Max looked at Victoria and hugged her tightly "c-can we just stay in the dorm for tomorrow? please.." Victoria nodded and rubbed small circles on Max's arm with her nails.
