Chapter 2: First attempt

Teahyung POV:
Today is the first day of mission: Park Jimin! I know you can fight me this is way against my original plan. but over the past week i cant stop thinking about him. So might as well befriend him. and if things go right maybe we can... no! not that far ahead yet. I slowly walked past the gate and walked to the locker room for boys. I was a bit hesitant but nonetheless I can't give up! I put my things in my bag and walked to class. Surprisingly there was no one in the class. At least......that was what I thought....as I sat down i felt a presence in the room. I looked behind me to see someone sitting in the far end of the classroom. It was pitch black their so I walked closer to see who it was. When I got their I saw jimin sitting their with his ear phones in his ears and just blankly starring out the window. This is my chance!! I thought excited. I walked up to him holding my present behind my back. I lightly tapped his shoulder.

"Ummm jimin-shi?...." I said.

He flinched cuz I didn't think he expected me. He looked around and saw me his face showed a hint of annoyance. But nonetheless I plucked my courage and did the most embarrassing thing in my life. I grabbed his hand and put the box I prepared in his hand and said

" H-here I made this for you.."

And walked to my seat before he could say anything. He looked taken aback as it was unexpected for both of us i was wishing he wouldn't walk up to me. then, the bell rang. Thank the lord!! During class I couldn't shake the feeling of what he thought of me now... Ugh!! I should've just said nothing...

At lunch
Jimin has been killing me all day! I feel like he wants to say something but just backs off cuz I've seen him look at me and try to move but stop mid sentence and continue in his own world. As I look around I couldn't find kookie. He left before me saying he had something important to do. So.. I looked around and found an empty table and sat down. I was just eating when heard someone say

" is this seat taken?...."

"No"

I replied then he sat down in front of me. I looked up to see....jimin!? He looked at me and said

" nice word play but it takes more than a letter and some cookies to become my friend. I'm a fairly straight forward person soo ill say it. the cookies weren't bad and......this is the first time someone has given me a letter to become friends and not be my lover soo I'll think about it...but were still not that close!" He snapped.

" yes sir!" I replied.

A little smile formed on his face at that. but i was set on staring at him that i didn't notice i wasn't blinking. i was broken out of my thoughts with a hand waving near my face and a laugh that i could tell he was trying to suppress. He looks so cute when he laughs. While he was laughing he let out a squeak. He quickly covered his mouth with both his hands and I could see he was turning red.

"Cute" I said under my breath.

After that it grew quite he quickly ate and then exited. He seemed in a hurry.. Was I that uncomfortable to be around..... 

After school
I had to stay late at school today because of my brother! He was supposed to pick me up! But he said it would take him an hour to get their. I sighed and went to sit on a bench. When I suddenly saw someone running through the hallway I followed the person quietly out of curiosity then I reached the dance practice room. The light was one..but why? The school was practically closed. I went and peeped through the window. I didn't believe what I saw!......Jimin!?!?! Dancing! He was moving his body along with the beat. He looked so elegant and pretty. I couldn't help staring at him...after a few minutes I was completely indulged in his dance. But at the same time I accidentally stepped on a branch and unfortunately he heard it!....

" hello?, is anyone their?"

I started to run! He can't find out I've been watching him... I ran and ran to the entrance of the school. I didn't care if my lungs were collapsing I had to get out of their. Thankfully when I arrived my brother was pulling up. I signaled at him and got in the car to head home. He must have noticed I was sweating and panting.

"Did you run?, Why are you worn out?" He said.

I just nodded in response trying to catch my breath. i wanted to scold him but i was actually happy that he was late i got to see a dancing jimin and on the other hand i didn't have enough energy. When I got home. I remembered something I overheard at school. Jimin is a part time model and sings at hospitals and events. I decided to search him up after dinner. I walked out of the shower and searched up Park jimin. Surprisingly a lot of results came up.. This guy is really popular. After looking through what came up my interest came on to this one video of him singing. I clicked on it and was blown away by his voice.... He has such a thinner and higher tone of voice compared to my vocals which are dark and deep. Then along side was a  videos of an interview with him. I kept on watching more videos on him. And Before I knew it I had become a mochi( his fans name) I watched his videos all night and fell asleep with the screen still on.

3rd person POV:
The next day his brother(taeyong) came into his rooms to wake him up. But what he saw was not his regular taetae. He was sleeping with his head on his desk and the computer still on. He went over and looked at what was the cause of his brother staying up late cuz he never stays up late not even for school. He saw a video of a guy called park jimin... "Who is that?" He wondered. He took a photo of the man to show him to their cousin cuz she knew more about this stuff than him and then decided to wake his brother up. 

Taehyng POV:
ugh!! I can't believe I'm late for school!!! I said as I was running down the sidewalk. I was having a really bad day today. But little did I know how my day would change later on... When I walked into school and entered the classroom I saw jimin as per usual but this time when he looked at me he didn't just go back to starring out the window but he actually said good morning.....to me!!! I was practically bursting! I sat down in my seat happily maybe today wasn't so bad after all. Even though jimin didn't talk to me most of the day but I'm happy he at least said something to me today. Right now I'm sitting in my last period writing down notes. When the teacher says.

" Mr. Park! Will you please pay attention!"

"I am paying attention Mr.hung"he said

while exchanging glances with the teacher for a second before continuing to stare into the world outside of the classroom. I can't believe that guys attitude. He is rude!

" Well then! What's the answer to this equation?"

"194" he said without even looking at the question.

The whole class was in awe. Even the teacher was taken a back. I bet no one expected this. After class as jimin was about to leave I ran after him.

"Jimin-ah!" I said.

He stopped then turned to look at me.

" What?" He said.

"Would you like to hangout today. if you have time I mean..."

He looked at me for a second then said

" sure"

and walked off.

" wait.. Really!?"

I said while running to catch up to him.

"5pm don't be late and don't get it twisted i have nothing better to do."

He said as he walked away while waving his hand. Yes!! I was practically doing my Snoopy happy dance inside my head. Today is an awesome day! I skipped back home to prepare for my hangout later.
