Annie and Hayden's family is a growing one and couldn't be more full of happiness. Annie likes to call her house, her garden of joy. What happens when that joy is tampered by an old "friend"?

"Jackson where the hell is she?!" I ask. "She's over there. They have her heavily guarded. It'd be suicide to go without the cops." He says. "Gavin go get the cops. As many as they'll give us. Hurry." I say and he runs off. About ten minutes later Gavin comes with at least twenty officers. "Can I have a handgun?" I ask one of them. "Do you have your license to carry?" He asks and I nod and get out my wallet and show him. He nods and hands me one. "Go in after us. Don't kill anyone. You extract the child. We get the men." One of the men says. "Don't let my daughter get hurt," I say and Jackson, Gavin, and I move behind the police. They kick open the door and take down the guards. I run to Oakley and pick her up. "Daddy!!!" She yells and hugs me tightly. "I've got you, baby," I say and we get out of there and the police extract the guards. Jackson, Gavin, and I head back to Annie's room. "Did they hurt you baby?" I ask Oakley and she shakes her head. I give a sigh of relief and rub her back. She eventually falls asleep and I lay her down next to Sailor and walk back into Annie's room after thanking the police and returning the handgun. I see Annie start to shift and I quickly walk over to her bedside and grab her hand. "Hay-Hayden?" She says finally opening her eyes. "Hey, Princess. How are you feeling?" I ask her. "How's the baby?" She asks. "Baby Girl I asked how you feel," I say. "How is the baby Hayden?" She asks. I hesitate. "No. No no no no no no no!" She says. "Honey, the baby is still alive. The doctor says it's not looking good but our kids are fighters. Always have been." I say trying to reassure her. "Wait. She's still alive?" She asks and I nod. "Hallelujah." She says under her breath. "I'll go get the doctor. To see if he can discharge you." I say and walk out.
Annie's POV
Hayden comes back with the doctor and he does a couple of other check-ups and then clears me for discharge. I get changed back into my outfit from before and then Hayden and I walk back into the hall. We wake everyone up and all walk out to our cars. Hayden buckles the kids and then we all go home. "When we get home, I'll put the kids to bed. You just head upstairs and get comfortable in the bed ok?" Hayden says and I hum in response. At home, I do what Hayden said and get changed and get in bed. Soon Hayden comes in and changes. He lays in bed next to me and gives me a kiss on the cheek. "Goodnight beautiful." He says. "Goodnight," I say and let sleep take over.
