it was a war! But not an ordinary one, it was between the two greatest supernatural ever known; 

vampires and witches

A war that had prolonged for many centuries has finally come to an end. A lot of blood that was sacrificed along the way to protect their loved ones was finally brought to justice by bringing peace between the two different sets of species.

all their past was forgiven as a new era was born where they were allowed to be friends from strangers to lovers to family.

To mingle with each other and to create a new history, where there was peace between them

Such a wonderful scenario

An everlasting peace they forever decided but forgot to maintain a pact

And no matter how much the light glows, the shadow always lurks in the dark and the past may be forgiven but even forgotten, and is always waiting to resurface when they are at its weakest point using them as puppets.

The ones who lurked deep in the shadows, who despised witches/humans as weak, useless, and pathetic losers, resented the idea of peace with the filthy bloodsucking creatures

Nobody realized the Darkness that was blooming over these two species

Until it was too late

"Elder this is a grave one, we cannot hide it anymore," one said

"Yes elder! More than 50 of our kind are missing"

"Missing cases have been found from humans too" another one added

Elder sighed "I understand all your concerns my dear witches, and I know that this issue cannot be ignored any longer, the elder turned to her right and added, Tin can, I want you to take a few of our searchers and start a search party for the missing, but do it discretely and make sure that no one else finds about this."

"But Elde-" Tin tried to protest but the elder immediately held her hand

"No tin, if this matter goes out it will only create unnecessary chaos, so it is best to avoid it until we find out the cause of it. Am I clear?" Elder asked

Both bowed their head  "Yes we understand, we shall be taking our leave then."

Elder nodded her head "Good, may our ancestors bless you and keep you safe."
