Welcome to "The Badtime Trio of U.A.". As you could probably guess, this is about the Badtime trio, which is made up of Undertale Sans, from the Undertale universe, Underswap Papyrus, from the Underswap universe, and Storyshift Chara, from the Storyshift universe.
Papyrus and Sans won't be skeletons, however, they'd look like this (and no, I don't own these. I found them on Google):

Me, the Author's, perspective:
(The main characters and Asriel are all 4 or 5)
Chara, dressed in her usual outfit of red shoes, black pants, white shirt and her favorite green hoodie, stepped out of her house to play at the playground with her twin brother, Asriel, and her cousins, Sans and Papyrus. Sans was dressed in his fur trimmed blue hoodie and black shorts, and Papyrus was wearing his orange hoodie and brown shorts (Asriel is dressed the same as in Storyshift).
"Lets go guys!" Asriel energetically yelled.
"Calm down Asriel." Papyrus said.
"Hey, it isn't his fault he's so.......Frisky." Sans responded, cracking a grin.
"Was that supposed to be a joke?" Chara asked.
"Nah." Sans responded, looking up smiling, straight at the Autho--
WAIT A SECOND!!
'Whoops. Maybe if I look away it won't fa--' Sans was thinking, before he heard the 4th wall fall in the background.
"Did you guys hear that?" Asked Papyrus.
"No. Must have just been the wind." Chara said.
"Well, forget the wind. Lets GO." Asriel said, running to the playground.
As Asriel was running, he forgot to look in front of him, and bumped into someone. Asriel fell to the floor, and started rubbing his head in pain.
"Sorry." Asriel said, still rubbing his head.
"WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING LOSER." The person, whom Asriel identified as Bakugo Katsuki, screamed.
"S-Sorry Bakugou." Asriel said, clearly scared of Bakugo.
Bakugou just scoffs, before pushing Asriel on the floor. "A weakling like you should stay on the ground when your superior is around. You don't even have a QUIRK for crying out loud." Bakugou said, before raising his hands and setting off firecracker like explosions with his quirk.
Narration (by yours truly):
See, the first incident was in Qing Qing City. A strange, but extraordinary child was born who radiated light from their skin. After the "Luminescent Baby," reports of people manifesting superpowers popped up across the world. No one knew the origins of these strange "quirks," but before long, the supernatural became normal, and normal became strange. Dreams became a reality. The world transitioned to a superhuman society, with 80% of the population possessing some strange ability or power. The streets were like those from the comic books of old. In a world swirling with chaos and confusion, a new profession emerged. This was the age of heroes.
