"Baby..."

"Babe, you need to get up. You don't want to be late for our date right?" Daichi sweetly says to me as he tries to wake me up.

"Hnnahh five more minutes baby... please" i groan as I turn away from him in hopes I could get some more minutes of sleep.

As I'm slowly letting my eyes flutter back shut suddenly feel cold air on me. Daichi took the sheets off of me.

"Alright, I'm up" I get out of bed with messy hair and one of his shirts thats really big on me "happy now?" I put my hand on my hip as I look at him with an annoyed but loving stare.

"Yes" he says as he just stares at me, I was gonna say something till "i just can't believe how beautiful you are. Waking up, going to bed, or ready for the day. You are always so beautiful in my eyes babe"

I can't stay mad at him after that, he's so pure. I love this man too. We're like to parents together, we're each others halfs.

"Are you just saying that so I won't be mad at you? Cause if you are... it's working" I say as i kissed him on the forehead. "I'll get ready"

*time skip brought to you by a car ride with a bunch of bad singing but fun*

"Are you ready for our hike babe?" Daichi asks as he closes the trunk.

"Ready as I'll ever be" I replied as we headed up the trail.

Daichi pov:
Okay, today is the day! After we get to the top, that's where the picnic is at. After we eat ill propose to her as the sun sets. We'll camp there and bam! Thats the plan I really hope she says yes..

"How you doing honey?" I ask turning around to check of she's still behind me.

"Im doing good, just glad the bug spray is working" she giggled, god she's adorable.

"Okay we're about to reach our spot, but Im gonna need you to close your eyes okay?"

"Um okay, is that safe" she says looking down the side of the mountain

"Don't worry, ill be behind you to make sure you don't trip" I say to reassure her.

Y/n pov:
I close my eyes as I walk up to a flat surface.
"Okay.. now open" Daichi says as i open them
"Daichi.. you didn't" I gasped as I put my hands up to my face
"Do you like it?"
"Oh babe, I love it!" I hugged him as he picked me up.
"Lets eat" he says as he pours me a glass of wine (you guys are over the age of 21)
We eat and laugh, and have an overall amazing time. I love this man with all of my heart.
"Um y/n"
"Yeah" I replied without turning my head
"Would you um.." i see him get down on on knee "y/n y/ln will you marry me?" Daichi asked.
Tears well up in my eyes as i nod my head "yes, yes yes!!" I say as he stood up to catch me in a spinning hug "I love you so much Daichi, always and forever " I say as he puts the ring in my finger
"I love you too"
