Chapter 7

~(Jonah's pov)~

"I swear to god Jonah. I will personally kill you if you hurt my baby sister. For now you have my permission. " He says still sounding angry. He's keeping his distance.

"I could never hurt her.. Like I said... I really like her." I say walking out of the room. As im walking away I hear Zach say something along the lines of "Yea okay, sure." I walk downstairs and Cam is sitting on the couch by herself curled up in a ball. I don't think shes realized Im in the room yet. I walk over to her and sit next to her pulling her closer to me and she hugs me lightly, resting her head on my chest.

~(Cam's pov)~

~An hour later~

I hear the front door open and I see Daniel walk in with his shirt on backwards and his pants wrinkled. A girl comes in behind him in a red dress down to her knees with a black belt and black flats. Her pink lipstick smeared down her chin, her long brown curls slightly messy and her glasses slightly tilted...

"Well Daniel I was gonna ask what took y'all so long but your appearance explains it" I say trying to stop myself from laughing, but failing. I hear Jonah laugh quietly next to me and the girl's face goes scarlet red. Daniel shifts his weight awkwardly from one foot to the other.

"So um guys... this is my girlfriend Chelsey" Daniel says after a few minutes of silence. She waves at us still a bit red from earlier. They walk over and sit on the couch close to where me and Jonah are. Daniel throws the Goldfish at Jonah and hits him in the head. He throws my gummy bears but I catch them instead. I grab the remote and turn on the movie.

After about 20 minutes I start shifting on the couch and lay down. Jonah lays down next to me laying his head on my chest, still watching the movie. I get really cold and I can feel myself shivering. I try to stop myself but I can't.

"Are you cold?" Jonah says looking up at me. I nod and he sits up, taking off his hoodie and handing it to me. I slide it on and of course its big on me. He lays back down and I play with his hair. He grabs my gummy bears and hands them to me and he grabs his goldfish. 

~an hour later~

I hear Zach come down the stairs and he looks at me and Jonah. He still looks pissed... He walks out of the house, slamming the door behind him....
