Everything is the same till he is four. He gets his quirk and learns how to use it. He names the quirk phantom. He becomes a good fighter from training with katsuki. They are good friends this time and katsuki doesn't have as big of an ego. They are good friends and rivals they spar a fair bit izuku actually never getting hit unless he allows it.
The entrance exam
Izuku does well on the written about 98%. The practical izuku is standing waiting for the exam to start. When the gate opens he goes into his ghost form. His ghost from looks like the last one but the red sash is like an x, no dp, and he has the flaming hair minus the goatee

He enters the form and some people are amazed and some are scarred. He has flaming hair, red eyes, a cape with green skulls. The gate opens and izuku flys into the air. He then blows up a bunch of robots and creates clones. The clones go around helping people and destroying robots. When the zero pointer is released izuku sees a girl trapped izuku calls all his clones back. He goes to uraraka and help her out of the rubble. He sees the zero pointer coming closer and he will do a lot of damage if he gets to close. He then sucks in a huge breath he then released a scream and you can see the energy coming out his mouth he even falls partially out of his ghost form.
He falls to one knee and starts panting heavily. He stands up and falls completely out of his ghost form. He then sees this and says " fuck " he then passes out.
15 minutes later
Izuku wakes up on a bed near an old woman. Izuku says " recovery girl you youthful heroin " recovery girl says " your awake that's good " she does a basic check of how he is doing and then says " your good to go" he then goes home. 1 week later he gets a letter saying he got into class 1à with 240 villan points and 300 hero points even beating all might's record.
