That night after practice everyone had left except for AP since he was spending the night at Gurjot's house. It was 11:26 pm and both the boys were sitting on opposite ends of the couch, Gurjot was eating a sandwich and AP was just watching TV. The couch was average sized and it was a tope color and it was soft. AP's attention was directed towards the TV even though a commercial was playing. He had a small pillow fixed in his lap and his phone was sitting on the pillow in between his hand and the pillow fabric, and the only thing on his mind was how he now understood why Gurjot was so crazy about Pretty. She was definitely beautiful and a great dancer AP was'nt head over heels for her but he just coul'nt seem to get her smile out of his mind.
Breaking AP out of his peaceful thought was the ringing of Gurjot's voice making its way to AP
"Yo dude, you wanna go and hit up steve's place? He texted me and said that he was HELLA bored and that Paul and Dan are there.. so you wanna go?"
AP's eyes did'nt break from the TV but he was focused on Gurjot's words
"Uhhh yea sure.. why not..."
Gurjot shrugged and took a bit from his sandwich and with a full mouth he responded
"OK we'll go..... when I'm done though."
AP did'nt react to his comment and continued to play the moments of Pretty's smiling over and over again in his one track mind set.
When Gurjot had finished his sandwich him and AP left to Steve's house. Steve was good friends with Gurjot and AP had only met him a few times but AP knew Paul and Dan well. Dan is a 20 year old male that stood 6'0 with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He worked for Samsung and he was also obsessed with his image and always went to the gym all the time. Paul worked at a nearby Papa Murphy's and he was somewhat chubby with a strong build and also had dark brown hair anf brown eyes. Steve worked for Penske and was a very tall very skinny male with also brown hair and brown eyes. The three of them were punjabi just like Gurjot and AP but they had normal names and looked normal, they did'nt even look Indian they all looked more on the mexican/spanish side.
"Sup my boyyyyy!" Steve exclaimed this while giving Gurjot a bro-hug and the rest of the guys did the same
They went into Steve's room and hung out. Then Gurjot left Steve's room to get a glass of water and left his phone on Steve's bed. It lit up alerting the other boys that Gurjot was being notified with a texted from Pretty; just the girl AP was thinking of. Paul grabbed the phone off the bed abd read the text aloud
"Tomorrow sounds great Gurjot! See ya then." Paul read this mimicking a girls voice and AP smiled and chuckled under his breath hearing his impression of Pretty.
Gurjot had come back from he kitchen and Pual let out a laugh and told Gurjot about the text and without knowing it AP asked aloud
"Are you a Pretty dating or something? cause if you guys are... you never told me.." Dan was able to tell by AP's unintentionally serious tone that he was jealous. Gurjot gave AP a confused expression and blinked a few times trying to piece together what AP had meant and in attempt to break up the newly made tension Dan spoke up
"Aye Steve made a new beat that he already played for me and Pual. Wanna hear it?" Gurjot and AP obeyed and walked over to crowd around Steve's computer, but AP was still only thinking about Pretty.
