Coming Back Home

Allison's POV
"The commander to the passengers on board: we are finally landing. Welcome to London everyone!" I wake up at the sweet sound of home. I would have never thought I could miss this place that much... I can't wait to see my fiends and my family. I guess Isaac will have certainly placed some jokes here and there all over the house... Mum should be here waiting for me, but I can't see anything because of the huge crowd.

After reaching my colorful suitcase I begin to walk toward the exit of the airport when suddenly I feel two hands on my shoulders. "What the heck!?" I say while turning. "Hey!" "Matthew? What are you doing here?" I ask the boy "Well, aren't you supposed to go home?" he answers-questions me "Actually... Yes, of course! But I thought I could actually hug my mother or my father or, at least my brother..." I reply "You can hug me..." he laughs "Sure sure" I pat on his shoulder and I turn giving him my back.

We walk in silence 'till we reach the car and we sit. "I can't wait to see my family and my other friends!" I squeal "Ah ah really funny!" the boy says sighing "Oh hey, you didn't tell me why you came picking me up..." I tell him.

Matthew' s POV
I giggle "I don't know really! Your brother Isaac asked me five minutes before leaving. Actually he seemed pretty nervous... Maybe he had a secret date with his secret girlfriend..." I lie "Wait! What?! My brother has finally found a girlfriend and I don't know anything!?" she snorts crossing her arms.

**Flashback**

"Alright guys! Ally will be here in a few hours so we must hurry up, ok?" Mrs Brown says "Hey mate, could you please make me a favor?" asks me Isaac at whom I nod "Sure, anything for you..." "Matthew!!!" Mrs Brown calls for me. I shrug my shoulders to a surprised Isaac "Yeah, I'm coming!" I shout while rushing in the house "Sorry for bothering you... Could you please go pick Allison up at the airport for us? I don't think she will think of a party if you go get her... Maybe... if she asks for an explanation just say that Isaac was busy with something..." she ends "Sure, no problem!" I reply "Thank you Matthew, you're such a good boy!" she says hugging me. As she leaves I go back to my mate "Apparently Ill be Ally's driver" I laugh and so does he "Do you think she will like all... This? You know, she doesn't really love surprises, she actually never liked them" "True! Well, she hasn't seen us for a year, I guess this surprise will be different..." I say "Hopefully!" we laugh.

**End of the Flashback**

*Ding ding* I quickly check my phone only to find out that they are late with the preparations "Who is it? Your girlfriend??" Ally asks me grinning "No, just my sis" "Edith! Oh, I missed my girls so much!" I smile seing her happy. I have to think of a plan B, what should I do? Where should I take her? An idea! I quickly change road and I decide to go for the longest way."Why don't we take the shorter way?" she immediately understands "'cause there are some works on the street. Well, now you can pass by our favourite places" I suggest, hoping that she' ll agree "Yeah, you're probably right..." she finally says sighing.

Here we are. The park. We have  thousands of memories in this place. "Do you remember the day you and your brother were arguing, as always, and he accidentally made you fall off the slide? I think that was the reason of him being more caring towards you ever since..." I say while sitting on one swing "Guess so... Though we keep arguing" she says as she takes a sit next to me "Well, definitely less than we were younger" we laugh together. "Do you ever miss those moments? I do, although we can create new ones now..." I ask her "Yes, I think I do. You know, you didn't say anything before... I mean I indirectly asked you if you had a girlfriend, like my brother..." she tells me while looking at her feet "What?! How should I have known you meant that?!" I shout out laughing "No, actually I don't" I finally reply looking at my feet as well. "Are you going to join the volleyball team again?" I ask her as to change topic "I think so, I miss volleyball, I mean don't you see how thick I became since I could only go for a run on weekends?!" she jokes "What?! No, you're not thick at all!" I complain "Yes, I am, maybe you should put on your glasses!" we laugh again "Are you still playing basketball?" she asks me "Yes! And your brother too! We're like the best duo in the team!" "Modesty aside..." she smiles. "OK! Let's go home now, I guess your parents are already at home..." "Yeah!"

Allison's POV
We get in the car and after two minutes we are home. As I exit the vehicle I see nothing but all the lights off "Maybe they're not at home after all" I think out loud "Maybe they are on their way home" says Matt "Maybe..." I look for the keys in my handbag, but he has already put his pair of keys in the keyhole. "Welcome back!" he says while opening the door for me. "SURPRISEEEE!!!!"
