I breathe in the cigarette smoke, letting it fill my lungs before I let it back out. Music plays softly in the background, being the only noise.

I turn my head to look at her.
Her eyes are closed and her chest rises and falls in a rhythm Her wrist are bruising, still cuffed to the head board.

I put the blunt out and get up to put on my clothes before giving her stomach a light pat and she flutters awake at this.

   "Angel." I straddle her waist.
"I'm going out. I'll be right back." I uncuff her wrist.

"Be good for me." I get off her when I'm done. "And I won't cuff you again, do I make myself clear?"

"Yes." She says softly rubbing her wrist.
I leave the room and lock the bed room door on my way out.
