"Honey wake up!!! You are gonna be late for your flight! Hurry up"
I woke up by mums shouting . I looked at the time , "10.14 am" oh shit. I have a flight to Korea today at 11.30 am and it takes me an hour to the airport and 30 minutes to get ready . This can't be happening.
I quickly went to change and shower fast and grabbed my passport , phone , wallet everything and said bye to my mum and left in a jiffy.
Time check: 10.20 am
I went to the roadside and waved my hand hoping a cab will come .
A few minutes later a cab came .
Alleluia praise the almighty god.
" DRIVE ME TO THE AIRPORT NOW . DRIVE FASTER PLEASE! QUICK !"
The cab drove off and yes he was driving really fast.
Time check: 11.10 am
Wow I am very early. This taxi driver drove really fast . I gave the cab fair to the taxi driver and because he drove really fast I gave a tip and asked him to keep the change because well I was too relief to care about money right now. I quickly went to check in my luggage and went to the gate where I was supposed to go.
I boarded the plane and headed for Korea.
/7 hours later/
"Thank you flying with Korean air part of the sky team. Enjoy your holiday . Gamsahamnida!" The pilot said.
Time check:6.30 pm but 7.30 pm in seoul
It was only 7.30pm and the sky was so dark. Usually in my country the sun would be setting by this hour.
I went to collect my luggage and walked out of the airport.
"Omg it's cold"
It was -17•c. I could not feel my legs at all but my body was warm because of the extra thick and expensive sweater I bought
I did not plan to come to Korea an get tortured by the cold but I came just to see one of my best friends ! She actually migrated to Korea because her father had to work here. It was getting late so I flagged a cab and went to the hotel and decided to rest.
-the next day-
*vrrr vrrr*
I woke up by the sound of the alarm from my phone.
Time check:11.37 am.
I guess I slept really long. I woke up, brushed my teeth and washed my face and got changed because today is the day I finally see my friend, Isabelle who is staying in Korea today! She messaged me and told me she would wait for me at the hotel lobby. Such a great friend who came to pick me up. That is what friends are for ahah.
Since I was going to stay at her place I made sure I did not leave anything In the hotel and got my luggage and went down to the hotel lobby.
The lift opened and I saw Isabelle waiting . I ran to her and screamed " Isabelle!! Isabelle!! Ahh I can't believe after so long we are meeting each other again !! Ahh!!!"
We talked for a few minutes and then we left for her place.
While walking to her house we stopped by a 7-eleven store because she was thirsty and decided to get a drink. I waited for her outside when suddenly I bumped into someone.
"Mianhamnida mianhamnida" I apologized.
I looked up and saw that it was b.i of ikon. Oh my gosh . He's my bias in ikon. I didn't know what to and kept bowing down at him since I can't really speak Korean.
