~10 years before~
"I-Im scared." Lenka said sitting in the cornor of the class. All the other childreb were running around playing. Lenka was crying siletly to herself
IO looked around the room looking for someone to play with when when he noticed a little girl cryung in the cornor.
"Are you ok?" He aaid walking up to her. The small girl shook her head no. "What wrong?" He asked sitting next to her.
"I-Im scared." She said quitely. "Im afraid people will bully me and i wint have friends"
"Hey, I'll be your friend. I'll always protect you." He said with a smile. The small gurl gave him a hug smiling.
~Now~
Lenka sighed recalling the memory. She look across the class room to see the strawberry haired male talking to his best friends Mikuo and Gakupo.
She missed him. They were best friend till 2 years ago in 9th grade they had started drifting apart. She started playing with the heart on her necklace.
She sighed talkingnto her friend Gumi. Her brother was sick so thaf ment she woukd have to walk home alone today. As the final bell rang she left the class waving at her friend Gumi.
Lenka was walking when she was suddenly pulled into an ally. She tried to scream but they were muffled when a pair of lips forcefully pressed against hers. Tears were pooring down her face as she tried to push her attacker away.
~IOs POV~
I was walking hime alone because IA had a student council meeting and her being the president she had to go. I heard something under my foot almost crush as i check i quickly reconized it. Lenkas Necklace. It was a gold chain with a heart at the end. I have gave it to her for her 14th birthday.
I heard muffled cries in an ally a little ahead. I quickly ran into the ally and punched the man. I knock him ti he ground as i continue to punch him.
"IO Stop!" Lenka cried hugging me from behind. I stood up and gave her hug.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry i was late. I broke my promise but im here now." I mumbled hugging her.
She cried into my chest and i hugged her tight.
"I'm sorry Lenka. I wont leave you again i promise. I-I love you" I confessed hugging her tighter.
She pulled out of the hug looking me in the eyes. I see the tears in her eyes and it just breaks my heart.
"I-IO your bleeding!" She says. I look down and see i had a gash on my side. The man must if stabbed me.
"I'll be fine. As long as your ok ill be ok"
~Normal POV~
Lenka smiled back at IO before looking around and seeing a stool.
She grabbed the stool and stood on it before kissing IO on the lips.
He was shocked for a minute befire finally kissing back.
"I love you too IO." She blushed hugging him.
"Lets go your brother must be worried." She nodded agreeing as they started walking home
