~Two days before the present~

The sweet sound of Anna's singing spread through the corridor, her perky voice brightening the atmosphere around her. It was almost like she was cleansing away the castles doom and gloom.

With a rather agitated groan, Elsa opened up an eye, squinting at the beams of sunlight that fell in through her window. The morning light was as dazzling as ever as it coated each surface of her room in a gorgeous glow, reflecting off her large mirror she had directly placed opposite her bed. Unlike her sister, Elsa was no morning person. In fact unlike her sister again, Elsa was no night person either, she was just in the middle, perfectly average in that aspect.

Anna was always an adventure packed into one person. Her bubbly personality, righteous anger and sheer bravery made her unique and extremely likeable; loveable even. It seemed she was always gambolling down the hall or humming with an air of jollity hanging around her and it seemed that no matter the circumstance she would always throw a smile at Elsa.

Under the flow of her silk sheets, Elsa couldn't keep her growing grin locked away. She loved her sister very, very, much.

Well, as much as I would like to spend the rest of my day in bed, I have duties to attend to that do not see me lying in bed fit. Off to work it seems.

Lifting herself off the bed, she wandered over to the huge closet she had inherited since the coronation. Opening it's door she stood with an inquiring dip in her brow and her hip tucked to the left. What was she to wear today?

Knock, knock. The sound comforted Elsa as she knew who exactly was at the door.

"Come in."

The door burst open as Anna skipped towards Elsa," How do you do this morning?"

"I've only just awoken meaning so far, it has been satisfactory."

Anna giggled, a mischievous twinkle in her eye, "Oh come on, the day is wasted if you sleep during it."

Elsa brought her chilling hands up to Anna's, "Then when do you suppose I sleep?"

"Well of course at night." Dragging her sisters hands with her, Anna turned to the wardrobe using her free hand to finger each dress.

"But I work for most of the night, it seems illogical to sleep only at night then."

Taking a deep purple velvet dress from out the closet, Anna pressed it to her chest and spun with it on, the fabric swinging by her ankles," Well then don't work at night."

"But there is too much work to be done."

Anna gave Elsa the dress and smiled, rubbing her hands on Elsa arms for comfort," Well then lighten the load. Marry someone, make a man a king. I hate seeing you struggle under the load of work."

Walking into her en suite, Elsa closed the door and started changing, quickly pulling the dress up from beneath her," When the right man comes, if he ever arrives."

Hearing the distant voice of Elsa from behind the wooden doors, Anna leaned on it with her ear pressed against it, hoping to continue their conversation,

"You do not wait for opportunities, you look for them instead."

Opening up the door that separated the two sisters, Elsa giggled as Anna fell forward, completely unaware that the surface she was leaning on had vanished.

'Oomph'. Rubbing at the top of her head, she sat with her arm and legs splayed out, a look of displeasure on her face.

"I do not have time to go look for suitable suitors."
