[LEILA'S POV]
"Good evening, Mom!" The girl said excitedly as she approach the other woman whom she called her mother. I tried so hard to see their faces but I can't, it's blurred.
"Good evening, Auntie," the combination of voices echoed in my ear. It's defeaning.
"You okay, Lei?" a man's voice whispered beside me.
It made me confused. 'He knows me? Who is he?' I asked myself.
He hold my elbow and stared at me. His face is also blurred, all of them are. But their voices were familiar, I recognized it.
They kept on talking but I couldn't hear what it is. We sat on the couch then suddenly the door abruptly open. The man in his 40's walk in the house.
The same girl who called her mother earlier, speaks. "Dad..."
A minute after, another man in his 40's came in too. I'm surprised on what I'm seeing. I stunned in my position. My heart keeps on beating fast that it feels like anytime it will going to explode. I can't move, my body is shaking. The glass I'm holding slipped on my hand and got broke. I can see his face clearly now. After how many years I see him again.
My mouth open, trying to come up with a sentence but my emotions are blocking my thoughts.
"Are you—?"
