Mental depression is a serious issue and everyone needs to focus on how to deal with it. Sometimes even your close one doesn't know what you are going through. Bullying, Bodyshaming, racism, mental pressure are some of the most painful stress.

Even I have FACED body shaming but I DIDN'T developed into a mental disorder or depression because of two reason - one is my habit of sharing everything with my parents and second I have the interest to know about Bhagavad-Gita.

Bhagavad-Gita is not just a religious book of Hindus. It's the most relevant book on psychology and psychotherapy. It's not about reading the Bhagavad-Gita, it's about understanding the meaning behind each shlok and implement them on our life. I have done that and it has helped me everytime. I'm not asking you to read Bhagavad-Gita. If you can find any other book which may seems to be more relevant for you then read that. But if not then I would suggest you to read and understand at least the "Karma-Yoga" and "Bhakti-Yoga" from Bhagavad-Gita. It will help you.

Sharing your problem with someone who can understand you without judging you is really important. I share my every emotion with my parents as they never judge me. You too do the same. Share your feelings with anyone be it your parents, friend(s), boyfriend/girlfriend, or your diary but please share before you take any drastic change.

Mental depression and mental breakdown are serious issues which needs our proper attention. If someone says that he/she is feeling low then don't neglect them. You never know what they might be going through. If you are going through any stress then share it with anyone. Please share. Because by share happiness can be multiplied and stress can be decreased.
