"Aliyah"

My name kept on echoing in my head as I ran. I ran till my legs began to shake. I was already gasping.
I could not take it any longer My name kept on echoing in my head as I ran. I continued to run with no where in mind. I just wanted to run and run. I ran till my legs began to shake. I was already gasping for breathe when I stopped running. I looked back but all I saw was bush. The sun was already going down and I still had no where to go. I wanted to turn back but images of their corpse flashed through my mind....no..no...no way.

I continued to run but my legs failed me as I landed on the ground with a thud and I felt the pain rush through my body.

Pain

Pain

Pain.....not just ordinary pain but emotional pain and it was unbearable for a ten year old girl.

I could not take it any longer as I let my body fall into the darkness that was hovering just below me.
