Muffled voices came from downstairs. Probably talking about how they're taking a vacation to Dubi and is leaving me here. Not just leaving me here alone, but making me stay with my next door neighbor whose daughter is obsessed with makeup and doing my hair.

I spent the last two hours begging them to take me with them but they wouldn't budge. They said my academic success is more important than me leaving to have fun. If only they knew I was actually a straight A student!

They spent Sunday morning making sure all they needed was packed and making sure they have their passports. I also was making sure I've gotten everything packed for the two weeks they'll be away.

Mindy, the annoying neighbor, came over to help me take my bags over to their house. Even though I was totally capable of doing it myself, she shooed me away and did it all by herself.

。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Monday morning before they left our neighbors came over for breakfast with us and talk about my plans for when I stay over.

"Honey, we're going to miss you so much!" My mom cooed pulling me into a hug.

"Sure you are mom." She let go and my father stepped up to hug me next.

"Oh Mrs. Gold your daughter is in good hands, we'll make her stay worth while." Mrs. Hayne beamed showing her pearly whites while Mr. Hayne nods in agreement.

I rolled my eyes and flashed a half smile before deciding to go upstairs to finish packing some extra stuff I wanted to bring. Staying down there any longer might make me wanna gag from Mrs and Mr. Hayne's overload of happiness. Making my way upstairs, Midnight my cat comes prancing from my parents room. Picking her up I walk to my room and place her on my bed.

"Midnight I wish I could take you but our neighbors our crazy and Mr. Hayne is highly allergic to cats. In my personal opinion, I think he just says that cause he's scared of them."

Midnight meows in response and curls up into a ball. I sigh and walk over to my bag to see it full of everything I needed. Walking over to my closet I reach up to the highest shelf and pull out a wooden box, pulling out my last box of cigarettes and stuffing it in my bag.

"Fallen honey we're leaving! Bring down your stuff!"

Sighing I grab my bag dragging it downstairs with Midnight in follow.

"Oh god Fallen, let me help you." Mr. Hayne picks up my bag but then immediately drops it with horror written over his face.

"Oh my god! A cat!"

He frantically try's to run away but fails by slipping making me burst out laughing. Midnight hisses so I pick her up to calm her down.

"Why do you guys have such a disgraceful animal in your house?" He says with such distaste, his face scrunching up.

"Midnight is not disgraceful, she's sweet and loving see," holding out the cat to him.

Mr. Hayne jumps back and Midnight hisses,"No get that thing away from me!"

"Okay okay, fallen go put that cat back In your room," mom said while shaking her head in amusement.

I rolled my eyes and took Midnight back to my room. I made sure her food, water and kitty liter was full and I payed her a goodbye.

"Okay we're going to go. Honey behave cause if I get a call that you've done something wrong I will-"

Cutting her off, "Yeah I got it, bye mom and dad." They both have me a kiss on my head and drifted off to the airport.
