𝙰𝚒𝚛𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝

I sat on my suitcase, hoping it would help with zipping it. To my luck, it did. I pulled the handle and dragged it outside to were my car was. I placed it in the back seat I went back inside to pack my backpack. I packed my phone charger, Nintendo, camera and just some small things incase I get bored on the plane. I placed my bag on the passenger seat and put the keys in the ignition I started driving. The airport from my house was quite far so the drive was a bit longer than I would normally drive. I quickly tapped the button on my car which accessed the radio. I quietly hummed to the songs I new.

Eventually I got to my destination. Nick told me earlier that he was getting dropped off at a closer airport and going on the same plane as me. I sat in a chair next to a window so I could see when Nick's plane would land. I started texting the group chat, once again.

I looked out the window and saw a plane landing. My heart started to beat faster. I quickly sat up and waited near the entrance. I saw Nick walk down the stairs provided by the plane itself.

My face began to light up as soon as I saw him. Nick waited for his suitcase to be given to him.
'He's actually pretty cute in real life..' I mentally slapped myself for thinking that. Eventually, he walked through the door, I saw him look around for bit until he locked his eyes on something, or rather...someone. He waved to me and started walking towards me. I was frozen. He was only 2 steps away from me. I didn't know how to react so I just hugged him.

I felt him tense up a bit but slowly relaxed and hugged me back. We eventually let go after 5 seconds, although, it felt 5 years. We both smiled at eachother.
There was an awkward silence between the couple of us.

"So.." I spoke up, breaking the silence. Nick nervously laughed. "How's life?" I asked while shrugging. We both started to laugh as we walked to my car so we could drive to the second airport.

Nick placed his belongings in the back seat, next to my suitcase. I was already in the car. Nick hasn't in the car yet, he told me he had to go to toilet. I don't blame him, he was on a plane for over 4 hours, probably not want to use the public toilets as they're pretty unhygienic. I decided to check the group chat while I waited. I placed my legs the stirring wheel.
