Amelies P.O.V

Fresh start as my mum would say , we use to live up near central London before my dad got an promotion meaning we had to move to Birmingham which of course was the worst thing for me . I had to leave all my friends behind and I just wasn't ready to say goodbye but who would be I didn't wanna leave Lucie she's my best friends and I don't know how I'm going to cope without her , like who's gonna cry with me at fault in my stars and eat mass amounts of pasta with me

The only good thing that came out of this move was I was away From jack . He broke me I wouldn't leave my room I was -just broken and I guess a fresh start would be great for me mentally . My brother Hardin didn't take the move well at all , he was the most popular boy at school and I knew he wasn't gonna take the idea lightly but the way he reacted still shocks me . He walked out for a week he didn't come home during the worst time all I needed was my brother and he didn't even care about me.

As I sat in my new room staring at the bare white walls I just couldn't stand it , I'm 17 so my room wasn't full up with band poster like they was in my younger teen years I'm pretty sure everything was one direction themed throughout my whole room . But I had a wall of photos of everyone I love but I haven't had the chance to start yet so instead of driving myself crazy I decided to take the love of my life on a walk . My sausage dog coco , yes I'm well aware it's sad that the love of my life is my dog but she's an angel and will always be my Little baby .

As I went towards the park that mum said was 2 minutes round the corner from us , it wasn't safe enough for coco to come off leash as she's quite a small dog and will fit though any gap . So I walk around the park blasting falling by Harry styles in my headphones , I felt so safe with music it was my happy place .

As I was half way round the park a large golden dog came up to coco and as I looked around for the owner I couldn't see one around but the dog had no leash so I petted the dog and soon saw someone running towards us "JESSEEE come backkkkk" as I saw this person running towards us i had a sense of relief knowing this doggo was safe .

"Hey I'm sooo sorry Jesse just likes to Great other people " I was speechless this boy must be around my age he had brown curly hair and a really really beautiful smile , I think he noticed I was day dreaming " oh sorry I should of said I'm brad by the way " I shook my head mentally noting how awkward I am " nice to meet you , I'm Amelie"

"Hello Amelie it's weird I've never seen you round before "
"Yeah I only moved her recently so I didn't really leave the house cause I didn't want to her lost "I giggled as I stared at the floor
"Well me and Jesse better head off so Urm is it possible I could get your number . Maybe we c walk the dogs together ?"
" yeah of course " as I put my number in his phone and decided it was best if I headed home
