"NIEVA WAKE-UP!" I groaned and sat up as my brother Che'Rah screamed in my ear I hopped up instantly getting ready to beat his ass "rah what the fuck bruh chill out for I beat yo ass!" I repeatedly punched him on his back and our muva came in the room
"Nieva watch your mouth young lady and Che'Rah leave your sister alone." He mugged me and walked out as I jumped at him then sat back on my bed rubbing the crust out of my eyes
"Sorry ma he just stays messing with me and it gets annoying as ever." She nodded and chuckled walking out my room "I know sweety but get up and get ready for school you got 30 minutes till those bells ring." I instantly got up getting excited to see my best friends Cierra and Nylena, we have all been best friends since we were little.
After brushing my teeth and washing my face, I simply put on a blue crop top that said Tommy Jeans and my blue jean overalls along with my black timberland boots, I put in my gold hoops with my goldlink chain around my neck and my gold Rolex which I git from my father before he passed,
Wait let me introduce myself my name is Nieva Monãe Sullivan and I'm a 17-year old senior in high school, I have an annoying brother named Che'Rah but I just call him bubba or Rah and he is hella annoying but that's my brother and my protector,
Our mom has gone through so much shit from her losing her first child, to our dad dying, and to us being homeless, we live in Brooklyn New York and stuff is really tough and dangerous out here so we're trying to strive for each other and ourselves.

I chuckled and nodded as he laughed and pulled off leaving me walking into the building I fucking hate the most

I let my accent come out heavy "my bad ma I'm just seeing what's up." I mugged the fuck outta him pulling out my phone just in case I gotta call my brother back up here
"I ain't ya " ma" nigga it's Nieva and back the fuck up, go about ya business or something." And with that, I left out of the hallway going straight to my class.
After texting the girls in the group chat knowing that they all weren't coming to school today because they got suspended last week for fighting some dusty ass girls that were talking shit fucked up my whole day, at this point, I didn't even wanna be bothered by anyone at all not even these lame-ass teachers, as time passed at this point I was ready to just leave cause I didn't give a fuck about being here and all these yellow ass boys kept tryna hit on my and shit pissing me off so I just text Rah and asked him to come and get me.

"Bubba why are we out here in bed stuy? I thought you were taking me home" I looked confused as Rah pulled up to what it looked like some boujee ass place where people with good ass income gather around
"You wanna see pop right?" I nodded my head with the quickness smiling and he just chuckled shaking his head
"Aight then big head come on" I rolled my eyes getting out "in my defense my head is big because I'm smart nigga you the whole opposite."
I snickered as he just mugged me intertwining our fingers walking up to the building,
We walked in and as soon as I seen Mike dee and Bashar (aka) pop smoke I ran and jumped in Bashar's arms
"Hi Basharrrr." I spoke smiling and he chuckled with his deep ass voice "hi Nievaaaaa" I chuckled getting getting out of his arms and hugged Mike as Pop and Rah capped each other up I heard laughter coming from the other direction we were in and I looked back to see my childhood friend "Nicky?".....
