Hi, I'm Roman Sanders! I'm six and I live with my younger brother, Remus. He's only a few months younger than me but I still love to tease him about it. We live in this huge grey space called 'The Imagination' which we can make to look like whatever we want. Remus and I are the only two people in the whole of 'The Imagination' so we've divided it up fairly between us, half and half. Remus is my absolute best friend in the whole wide world and I love him to death. He's really funny and actually very clever. He knows all sorts of weird facts which he'll just spout out at any moment. He gets really upset after he's said something random but I just laugh and tell him it's funny. I love my brother and nothing in the whole world is ever going to change that.

Hi, I'm Roman Sanders. I'm seven and I live with my younger brother, Remus. We're best friends until the end. Remus sometimes insists we have miny wars where his side of 'The Imagination' will invade my side and then I have to fend him off. It's really fun. Other times, I'll insist that we play 'Musicals' where I write the musical and then me and Remus act it all out. Remus can't sing very well so I often give myself the main parts and big solos. Remus sometimes spouts out weird things in the middle of the musicals and I get really mad at him for it. But, can you blame me? We're in the middle of a song, we don't need to know that dork means whale penis. I still love my brother Remus but sometimes he gets really annoying.

Hi, I'm Roman Sanders. I'm eight and I live with my younger brother called Remus. He's very annoying and he won't shut up about the stupidest things. He keeps whispering down this talking-pipe-thing at Thomas to jump out of a moving car and kill his brother. It's getting very annoying. Also, he keeps muttering at night about hitting me over the head with a spikey thing. Like, no thank you! I don't want to be hit over the head with a spikey thing, thank you very much! Hopefully, I'll be able to move away from him soon. His side of 'The Imagination' is growing very dark. Literally. It's almost always shrouded in this dark, black, thick fog. It's really unsettling. And sometimes I hear screams coming from Remus's side of 'The Imagination'. I don't like my brother very much.

Hi, I'm Roman Sanders. I'm nine and I live with an annoying little twerp that I have to call my brother. His name is Remus if you want to know. He's very annoying and very, very, very talkative. If you want to know how much he talks, take how much all the Disney princes in the world talk and times that by ten and you've got Remus. He just won't shut up. One of the only things I can think of is "poor Thomas." Remus is not a nice thing to have floating about in your head. His side of 'The Imagination' is so different to mine. My side of 'The Imagination' is colourful and bright and full of nature while Remus's side is barren and dark and grey and foggy. I want to move away from Remus and believe me, I've tried. I've tried everything but I can't shake him. And 'The Imagination' is so vast that it'll take me forever to find an exit. Hopefully, I'll shake him soon and go and meet some stable Sides who don't pull random parts of their body off.

Hi, I'm Roman Sanders. I'm ten and today, I'm moving out of 'The Imagination' and away from my annoying younger brother, Remus. We've spent all day today clearing any and all trace of ourselves from 'The Imagination'. I was sad to see mine go. I'd spent so long on it and taken so much care in getting everything perfect and now it was all gone. What a waste. Remus's side, on the other hand, I was glad to see go. It was dark and dull and damp and foggy and icky and boggy and dead. There's no other way to describe Remus's side of 'The Imagination' apart from the fact that it looked and felt dead. Remus said that he liked it, though. My brother is weird, clingy and very, very annoying. He dresses like a Disney villain, won't shut up and somehow latches himself onto me at every given moment. I can't wait to shake him for good.

Hi, I'm Roman Sanders. I'm ten and I live with Morality and Logic in a big room in the 'Light Side' of Thomas's mind. It is much more enjoyable here than it was in 'The Imagination'. Morality is a very kind Side if slightly over-bearing of his kiddos (that's me and Logic.) Logic, on the other hand, is calm, collected and quiet. He doesn't say much and is very cold with me and Morality. But anything's better than living with Remus. I never want to see my brother again.
