Mistakes

I

Rosalynn Potter sat at the top of the Astronomy Tower, drinking away her problems. Her Godfather, Sirius Black, decided to break out of Azkaban to kill her little brother.

Lee Jordan was looking for his best friend. He found her at the Astronomy Tower with a bottle of firewhiskey. He conjured up another bottle and they drank together.

They were both drunk as hell and somehow made their way to the room of requirement.

Rosalynn woke up in the room of requirement, completely naked, with her best friend and a killer hangover. She did a double take when she saw Lee laying in the bed beside her, also buck-naked.

Lee woke up with a hangover. He noticed he didn't have any clothes on, and that someone else was in the bathroom in the little room he was in. He could only guess the worst

Rosalynn walked out of the bathroom to see a fully-dressed Lee with a look of shock. She had come to the conclusion that they had a one-night stand, could see that he had too.

They left the room in silence, neither one acknowledging the fact that they had sex the previous night. They finally made it to the common room, which was empty. No one was awake yet. 

They sat on the couch, trying to wrap their minds around the fact that they had banged each other, their best friends.

One Month Later

"Lee, I think I'm pregnant." Rosalynn told Lee one morning, in a whisper.

"What do you mean? Are you sure?" Lee asked. Rosalynn nodded, eyes filled with tears. "Have you taken the test?" She shook her head. Lee took her hand and led her to the Hospital Wing.

"Pregnant," the Matron sighed. Lee and Rosalynn looked at eachother's horror-struck faces.

"What's gonna happen? Am I going to be suspended? What about my education?" Rosalynn asked

"Rosa, calm down. I'm sure we'll be fine," Lee said, giving her a hug. The matron could tell he was trying to reassure himself.

"I'll talk to Dumbledore. You two need to talk about this and tell your family soon," Madame Pomfrey said.

Madame Pomfrey rushed to the Headmaster's office.

"Chocolate Frogs," she said to the gryffin. It jumped up and the stairs appeared. She scurried up the stairs, stopping to catch her breath only at the landing. She knocked on the door.

"Come in," came the reply.

"Dumbledore, we need to talk about two of our fifth year students."
