ANNE BOLEYNS POINT OF VIEW

God! Catalina is just so stupid! She's so obnoxious, annoying, ugh! I just had yet another fight with her, and it wasn't even about Henry this time! I was currently pacing around my room, occasionally shouting and knocking things over. I knew I acted like a child, more so than Mae. But I didn't care! I had every right to be mad!

"Anne, love? Are you okay?" The calming voice of my girlfriend, Catherine Parr, said from outside of my door. "No, stupid Catalina pissed me off!" I shouted, knocking over makeup palettes and perfume. Cathy walked into my room, frowning. "Anne, you need to calm down." Cathy said, trying to calm me down.

"I don't! I have every right to be angry at her!"

"Yes, you do. But screaming about it won't make it better. You're scaring Mae-"

"'Mae this! Mae that! Oh Anne, can you feed that annoying brat? Oh Anne, can you play with my precious daughter, Mae?'" I mimicked Cathy's voice.

"Anne Boleyn! You can't talk about my daughter about that!" Cathy shouted, clearly hurt. I knew what I was doing was wrong, but I couldn't help it.

"No, all you care about is your work and Mae! It's like I'm not even there!" I shouted back.

I saw tears in Cathy's eyes. I hurt her..I hurt my girlfriend..

"Wait, Cathy I-" I didn't get to finish my sentence before Cathy walked out of my room, slamming the door.

I sighed, staring at the floor. You fucked up, Anne. I sat on my bed and hid my face in my hands. How am I going to fix this? I don't even know her favorite movie or food.. I glanced at my desk, seeing my sketchbook sitting there. I quickly sat infront of the table, sketching a picture of my gorgeous girlfriend. I tried to finish it as soon as possible so I could find other things to give to Cathy.

After a few minutes, I finished the picture and quickly ran out of the house, frantically texting Kat, asking her what Cathy's favorite flower and food was. Thankfully, I got my answer quickly. I ran into a Target, practically begging for (I don't know any flowers so-) Roses and Chocolate(listen I'm tired-). Thankfully they didn't think I was insane and gave them to me.

Unfortunately, I decided to be stupid and run to the store, so I didn't take my car, or at least someone's car. So I had to run all the way back to the house and avoid Catalina and Cathy. I ran up the stairs and into my room, quickly writing an apology letter to Cathy. It was then I realized that this was all extremely cheesy. Eh, who cares?

I stuck the letter somewhere in the bouquet of roses along with the colored picture. I searched around my room for a box for the chocolates, since the original box was pretty ugly. Eventually I found a white box with a green ribbon. I remember Kat gave that to me for my birthday, and inside was my sketchbook. I smiled at the memory, then quickly snapped back into reality.

I put all the chocolates inside of the box, then realized I should probably give Mae something. It took a while, but I found a stuffed teddy bear inside my closet. I don't remember where I got it from, but I do remember that Jane hated it. Huh, weird. To make it easier to carry, I stuck the box of chocolates inside of the bouquet of roses as well.

I walked out of my room and knocked on Cathy's door. "Come in!" She shouted from inside her room. I cautiously opened the door, and Mae was sitting ln Cathy's lap while Cathy, as usual, was writing. "Oh, hey Anne." Cathy said, turning to me. She looked angry, until she saw the things I was carrying. "Look, Cathy, I'm sorry. I was just angry. I didn't mean anything I said. It was just that Catalina was being stupid." I laughed a little.

"Aw, babe.." Cathy stood up, holding Mae. Cathy took the bouquet of roses. "Oh, and I got this for Mae." I said, holding out the teddy bear. Mae quickly took it, hugging it. "Thank you Annie!" Mae said happily. I smiled. Mae was probably one of the sweetest things you will ever see. Cathy put Mae and the bouquet down, hugging me.

"I'm sorry, again." I said, hugging the slightly shorter girl. "I forgive you, Annie." Cathy said. "Come on, let's go cuddle. I've been wanting to do that all day." Cathy said. I giggled. "Can we watch Moana?" I asked, excited. "Of course Annie!" Cathy picked up Mae and plopped her on the bed. Me and Cathy got into a comfortable position, with Mae in the middle.

It kind of ruined the whole point of cuddling, but I liked it. It was nice. I gave Cathy a kiss on the cheek. "I love you." I said. Cathy smiled at me.

"I love you too, Annie."
