4: Confusingly, Confused!

Haru nodded as a response for Harden. Raiko and Haru went outside
and saw alot of people who are dressed up like them.

While walking out of Harden's house, a female voice stole their attention.

Both looked back to see who called them, It's Aira.

Raiko: That's Aira, she helped us when we were attacked by goblins earlier.

Raiko grabbed Haru's hand. She looked at Haru and smiled.

Raiko: Let's go, she might help us

Haru: .. O..okay

And Haru smiled back at Raiko.

(... ... ... ...) (... ... ... ...)

Aira: You guys met Harden already right?

Haru/Raiko: うん! yeah.

Aira: I'm Aira, I'm glad to see new faces around here. Young man, you were lucky enough to have a friend around like her.

Haru: Y-yeah, I'm glad h-having her around..

Raiko: *smiles*

Aira: You owe her your life from now on.

Haru: *looks at Raiko* Y-yeah, of course!

Aira: Good.

Aira told Haru to stay and wait for her, she brought Raiko along with her for a moment.

Aira: Wait here, me and your friend have things to discuss together about something.

Haru: Sure.

Aira and Raiko went back to Harden's house. Haru was left alone now

He looked around and observed the place, it looks like a perfect place for adventurers to stop over.

A sparring is going on, he went closely to watch

(Haru's mind: They look like they're gonna kill each other, none of them shows weakness..)

(swords clashing)

(Both fighters grunts and attacks each other.)

Haru: It's just a sparring..

(Raiko and Aira chatting from the distance)

Haru: Aaaand, they're back.

Haru saw Raiko holding a bow, a quiver filled with arrows on her back.

Haru: Perfect.

Aira and Raiko both getting closer to Haru.

Aira: Haru.

Haru: Mhmm?

Aira: I've got two swords here, you choose.. Hey, I wouldn't help if it wasn't for Raiko. *Looks at Haru's eyes*

Haru: You pick what you will give to me.

Aira showed both swords to Haru
The one was Katana, and the other one was a heavy sword.

Haru chose Katana since he's not that strong to be able to swing such a heavy sword.

(Haru's mind: Before, I'd always wish to fight and see monsters.
It's never the same from books. Swords are heavier than it seems like. I don't even know if there's any sword that can save me.. But I don't want to die here.)
