This is it I thought. I looked up at the tall building in front of me named addressee gymnastics. The sign was gleaming, looking as if it had just been polished.
I walked in and a girl with light blonde hair smiled at me. I thought we had to wear out hair scraped back in ponytails but she had her long hair scattered around her neck with a bit of hair tidied up into a ponytail with the rest opened.
I could see she had a dimple as she smiled and knew we were going to be friends.
When I went inside I looked around for my coach Mrs Raymond. She had a daughter called Jenny and a boy called Josh.
Jenny was about the same age as me but Josh was only nine years old.
First Mrs Raymond gave us a tory of the building. I was shocked when we got to our gymnastics room that we were going to be prepping in.
It had the uneven bars, the soft floors, the balance beam and everything I needed to prep for the play.
During our break, while I was sitting down and drinking my water Jenny came and sat next to me.
Her hair was scraped back in to a ponytail she said "Hey, you look like your new to gymnastics but trust me your doing well"
I was shy but I managed to smile back. I want sure if she was playing around with me or not.
But the tone in her voice made me believe she was telling the truth and it filled my heart up with warmth and happiness.
We were definetly friends.
